The office is very... - The office is very responsive and everything went smoothly with a cruise pickup and transfer to airport. As long as you have whats app to talk to the driver to connect with him it goes smoothly.

Shuttle to Singapore Airport from hotel Jan 16, 2025 - Alan was our driver for both legs of our shuttle to the hotel from the cruise port and from the hotel to the airport. He was on time, loaded the luggage for 6 adults and provided commentary about Singapore during the ride. I highly recommended this service.

Excellent communication and transport - We booked this transfer from a cruise ship port to our hotel in Singapore. Excellent communication throughout the process with very helpful information like the need to fill out an online arrival card prior to arrival in Singapore, how to connect to free WiFi and things to do in the city. We were sent a photo of the driver and vehicle with its license plate so we could locate it. Any time you have to go though immigration/customs and have to retrieve luggage can be stressful but there was no need to worry about transportation because of their excellent communication.

Great decision. - This was a great decision to book upon disembarkation of our cruise ship. We normally take a shuttle, but this was so much easier. Amy was in contact with us through the whole process and kept us company while we waited for our driver. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. They both provided us with lots of information about the area while we were driving to the hotel and even provided information regarding places to see and eat and tips about food hakwers and the types of dishes to order. Definitely made our trip a great stay.

Terrific service and a great experience for those transfer. - A lovely and smooth experience all around! We were met by a smiling, friendly agent right outside of customs. We were whisked to our transport to our hotel. A+ service all the way!
