PRIVATE TOUR BY NZ COUPLE - We started our tour at 0800hrs- with Adrian ( a good time as we beat the crowds at Peles). A very passionate & knowledgeable guide. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If you wanted to stop or see something on the side- no probemsWe thoroughly enjoyed our day & finished with a traditional meal at his father's restaurant. We had such a brilliant day - thanks Adrian. One of the best tour guides we have had in our travels.

Exceeded our expectations - We (four of us) really enjoyed our tour. Peles palace is especially wonderful, and almost overwhelming. Our guide Adrian was impressively knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He had knowledge just about every item on the display. We were delighted. Golub

Adrian is a very well-educated guide with a very flexible approach to our needs and interests - We booked a tour for just my husband and me, which suited us very well. First impressions count. Adrian was on time to collect us, came in a spotless Mercedes van and had brought bottles of water for us on a hot day. His driving was excellent, both cautious and courteous. He suggested we went to Peles Castle first, because of traffic and crowds. Driving to the next destination he was proven right. At the castle he was able to explain architecture, art, history, materials, techniques, technologies and even decorative styles in as much detail as our questions guided. He suggested that we see the entire castle and he was right again. The top storeys are also well worth a visit, but more for the homier insight into the everyday life in the castle. We accepted his suggestion to go to his father’s restaurant for lunch and we were very glad that we did so. It is an award-winning restaurant with lovely Romanian food. Then Rasnov fortress, which is closed but the outside and its commanding position can be explored. During the journeys Adrian was able to provide many interesting details about the history of Romania and of the transformation it is still going through in the twenty first century. Finally, we visited Bran Castle. Bran was appreciated for its aesthetics, many nooks and crannies, and long history. Of course, there is the tenuous Dracula connection, which wasn’t that important to us. I would definitely book another of Adrian’s tours next time.

Best of the best! - As others have stated Adrian has extraordinary knowledge and is so enthusiastic. At only 36 years old, he has wisdom and insight beyond his years. His business is aptly named. We loved every minute of our private tour despite the fact that one of us was unwell. Adrian was flexible and so caring. We started our tour a little later and sadly had to skip lunch at his father’s restaurant because of zero appetite. However none of this was a problem. On the contrary Adrian adapted the tour according to our depleted energy. Highly recommend reaching out to Adrian directly via his website and using WhatsApp in advance. Adrian recalled we preferred a particular date but he was booked that day, so initially went with plan B. He subsequently texted to say the other client had changed their date and he was now able to take us when we’d preferred with plan A. As it happened that extra day in bed the day helped us to better enjoy the tour. The details regarding the stunning interiors and artefacts of magnificent Peles Castle provided by Adrian were incredible. Made the visit far more meaningful and will resonate with us always. As will the real stories of life under the previous regime of terror. Adrian drives a luxury van and is the best of the best in every respect. Please contact him directly (very easy to find his contact details on line) so he can tailor your tour to suit you. Cannot recommend more highly!

Castles Galore - Fantastic opportunity. Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of his country, and able to provide so much context and background information about all of the sites that by the end I felt like I could teach a course on Romanian history myself. He also took me to his father’s local restaurant, where the food was delicious and I was lucky enough to try some traditional papanaşi. Truly an incredible time, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing tour with an amazing guide. Thank you Adrian! - There are a lot of great things about Adrian and his tour. If you love to learn a lot of things while you visit the places, he is definitely the one to go to. He has been feeding me with very interesting information through out the ride and the tour at places. (I am sure if you prefer a less talking tour, he would have the option for you as well) At the same time, his generosity, kindness, and caring has been shown how he agreed to accept substitution when the Peles castle suddenly announced a change in opening day which our tour would suddenly miss it. Eventually, we have presented our option very last minute but he is still happy to make that happen for us. Also. He is a well-connected guide which you would find that helpful when you realize not every guide can arrange the same. And he perform well in all the essential matter: perfect English, gentle manner, punctual, also very comfie brand new van! If my own friends ask for recommendation for tours or guides in Braşov/ Romania. I will definitely recommend Adrian!

Castlemania - Adrian was a fantastic guide and I am pretty sure he knows the history of EVERYTHING Romania. We added the Cantacuzino Castle and had a great lunch at his father's restaurant. Note that Rasnov Fort is closed and you can only see the outside.

Great day out. Top tour! - We had a fantastic day with Adrian visiting Peles Castle, Bran castle and the Rasnov fortress. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking at a visit. Adrian's knowledge added so much to our tour and he was able to point out so many extra details at the castles it really enhanced our visit. It was so easy to organise and Adrian was right outside our hotel when he said he would be and took us out for a full day exploring Transylvania. We had a great time, learned alot and had fun.
