Wonderful, memorable - We had a large group 15 riders 7 on ATVs and 8 on horseback. Super well accommodated for both. Great staff. It was hot but they provisioned us well for the heat. We rode as 3 families with kids and adults. All the staff were delightful. Very much a family feel of the operation in the best possible sense of the term. Would HIGHLY recommend. It is dusty but that is part of the climate recommend sunglasses as a result.

Fab experience - We couldn’t praise our hosts here enough, we are three older middle aged people with little or no riding experience and Michelle and her niece made sure we had a great safe experience. We rode through the vineyards and bush with plenty of chat about what we saw , pointing out things of interest.we would recommend 1000%

A memorable experience with family - We enjoyed sharing the trial ride with our kids. They never rode horses before and was a bit scared at first, but with the great guidance of owner Michelle and exceptionally well trained horses they quickly became confident riders. It is definitely recomendable and we had a great experience all together. The beautiful farm with its incredible views is the perfect setting. We also enjoyed the company of their friendly Jack Russel, Lexi leading the way!

Horse power in the wine lands - Looking for a family activity in Cape Town, we read about the combination of a dedicated horse breeder/rider and the film industry and decided to try it out. It was definitely worth the trip. The horses are very well looked after with lots of space and love. Thanks for a fantastic (and fast) ride!

Unforgettable Experience with Michelle and Wine Valley Adventures! - What a wonderful experience! We had a beach ride scheduled with another provider that was cancelled, and so our guide arranged for us to ride with Wine Valley Adventures. He told us "this will be much better than the place your travel agent booked". And he was so right! My daughter and I spent an unforgettable 1.5 hours with Michelle, the owner, riding through the vineyards of wine country. It was beautiful, Michelle was tremendous, so fun, energetic, and informative. This was not just a trail ride, but we were able to canter for long stretches (only because we wanted to, she does the rides for all levels). Combine this with a trip to wine country (sample the wines AFTER your ride!) and you will have one spectacular day. Riding with Wine Country Adventures and Michelle was literally the highlight of our 2 week trip to South Africa.

Lovely ride on a gorgeous farm - I booked the 1.5 hour horse trail with Wine Valley Adventures. There are some stunning horses at Rheebokskloof. I think these horses know they are fabulous since they walk with a swagger. You won't be riding Black Beauty but it is worth having a look Anyhow..back to the horse trail experience. On arrival a friendly member of the team accompanied me to a nearby paddock and showed me the foals - it was such a treat. My guide for the ride was Pigeon - the owner Michelle was not at the property. I am an experienced rider. Despite this we only cantered once or twice. I would have liked to see a bit more of this gorgeous farm. Maybe we did the same loop they would do if you book the one hour horse trail. I think I spent R850 and I would therefore recommend that you rather do the one or two hour trails which might offer better value if that is a concern. I got to spend the morning with my favourite animal in the world and therefore I highly recommend this experience.
