Beautiful scenery and introduction to the Algarve - Booked on Tripadvisor - super easy to do. Communication by Alsafari Tours was superb. Got picked up at our hotel and sat in the front seat which I would personally recommend. You can hear the driver/guide and you can see front, right, left for the whole journey. We made all the stops advertised but one that I didn’t realise was one of the best! We stopped and visited a very small distillery, tasted and bought some of the produce plus saw their beehives and cork. The passengers made the decision of where to have lunch and a longer stop - this was Lagos which for us was the right choice. Plenty to explore and lots of nice al fresco restaurants to choose from. We ended the day with a beautiful sunset and got dropped back at our hotel. We were in the Algarve for just 3 nights and enjoyed the full day tour as it gave us a good flavour of the area and we learned bits of history we didn’t know before. Highly recommend this tour and tour company if you’re not one to sit on the beach all day.
