One word - AMAZING - We have just finished an incredible trip around Sri Lanka, have seen some amazing views, taken part in fantastic activities - we even saw a leopard (how lucky are we!!) met some great locals and ate in a variety of excellent restaurants AND this is all because of our fabulous driver and guide Prasanna! Prasa was so helpful, organised, kind and extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease travelling with 3 young children. He made sure our trip to Sri Lanka was truly unforgettable and we miss him already.

Great experience on the Wld life tour, -thanks to Milan - We had a well-organized 13-day wildlife tour with a private driver, and it was a great way to explore Sri Lanka. Our driver and guide, Milan, was excellent—friendly, helpful, and always ready with good recommendations. He arranged tickets and gave useful tips throughout the trip, which made everything run smoothly. The safaris were a highlight, and we got to see elephants and many other animals. The itinerary had a good mix of nature, culture, and relaxation. Most of the hotels were fine, though a few didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, a very good experience, and we’d definitely recommend Sri Lanka Safe Tours—especially with Milan as your driver!

Take the stress away with Lanka Safe Tours! - We travelled around Sri Lanka for two weeks as part of our honeymoon and were so happy to have booked a driver through Lanka Safe Tours. They were super helpful from the start and made the whole process very easy. In particular, our driver, Milan, was absolutely brilliant! He took us to all the great places and was very safe and efficient. Nothing was too difficult and he was happy to help and accommodate with any ad-hoc requests, including day tours/trips which took a lot of stress away from us. Great introductory experience to Sri Lanka - This is a great itinerary for anyone who would like to get a comprehensive taste of what Sri Lanka has to offer. Lanka Safe Tours is also an agency I would highly recommend for their excellent customer service and value. The tour leader/driver are extremely accommodating and highly service oriented to make sure that the tour is going smoothly, to address any issues that may come up, to provide insights and suggestions, and most importantly to keep their clients safe. I had the pleasure of doing a slightly extended 15 day trip with Pansi and would say he was one I would ask for again based on the previous comments. Hotels at the 4 star level are still relatively basic and some were outside of the city center so didn't offer much to do such as walking around the town after hours outside of locations in Ella or Kandy. Due to international travel, l asked for a half day excursions in Colombo which is not part of the itinerary but was worth seeing albeit briefly. One comment is that since entrance fees and excursion costs are not included to budget anywhere from $600-800 extra. Mine was on the higher side since I was traveling solo and often had to opt for private options on excursions like the safaris versus tagging along with another group or family. Food options were incredible and ranged from local diners to pretty trendy places that focused on Sri Lankan food with a touch of other global influences. Pansi knew I was a foodie and selected excellent options for me that were simple but great in some cases to pretty fancy. I can definitely see why Lanka Safe Tours got their ***** rating!

PRASANNA THE TOP - My driver was the top .. made our trip unforgettable both for the places visited , and for the people who made us know. He always advised us well and helped us in times of difficulty .. he was not a driver but our trusted travel companion. He treated my daughters like princesses and pampered them from day one to the last. PRASANNA is the best travel companion for a family. It's got a place on our travel album.

Super Mr.Prasam, your brother in Sri Lanka - great guide - We spent 13 days around Sri Lanka with Mr. Prasa, a serious and professional guy, at heart. He took care of us throughout the trip. You can trust him. We were in 6, parents children and grandparents and we never had any problem with him, at the seaside safari in the mountains etc. led us to dine in great places with genuine local food. Classic tour - We are just at the end of our tour. There were a lot of temples to visit - be aware that both men and women must cover arms and legs and no head covering - it does get hot especially as many of the temples have lots of steps. However we had a good time especially with our guide Kavi. He was so friendly and helpful. He is clearly very proud of his country and was keen to show us everything on offer focussing on the things he knew we particularly enjoy. We had a couple of issues on the tour and he helped us resolve them. He was also excellent at securing tickets for trains and shows and safaris etc. talking of which don't miss the safari from Yala it was very good and we saw sloth bear, a glimpse of a leopard and many other birds and animals. If you book a tour with this company ask if Kavi can be your driver.
