Trip to Sigriya and Dambulla with Irfan - My sister and I went with Irfan, and had a GREAT time! We were so lucky to have him, totally recommended! You'll have fun and learn lots of stuff about Sri Lanka! We're so grateful! Thank you 😊

Excellent day out made so easy by Mr Irfan 😊 - If you get the chance, i would absolutely recommend travelling to Sigiriya and Dambulla and even more so with this tour company. My driver Mr Irfan was very friendly and helpful and made the whole day so easy. I was picked up on time at 6 am (as I had requested) and he drove me around Kandy a bit to show me the key sights. Even as we drove through other towns on the way to Sigiriya, Mr Irfan kept pointing out things to look at and giving me information. It felt so easy to talk to him and the car ride went so quickly. I felt safe at all times and the driving was the best I have seen in Sri Lanka so far. We stopped at a local restaurant for a delicious breakfast and it was great to have that authentic sri lankan experience whilst also feeling comfortable and scaffolded. At Sigiriya, i was able to climb Lion’s Rock at my own pace and it was amazing. I was collected straight away at the end and we stopped at a fruit stall to try some different bananas. Afterwards we headed to the cave temples in Dambulla and the golden buddha before heading back home. There were plenty of opportunities to go to a washroom, drink water or grab food. I now have many more pictures in my camera roll and lots more memories to always remember.

Best view ✨️ - The driver, irfan, came on time in the morning and showed us around for the day. They looked out for me on the way to see if I was hungry and showed me to a good Sri Lankan curry restaurant for lunch. I had a guide at Sigiriya Rock separately, but I'm glad it was nice and beautiful! I'm glad you drove safely! Thank you very much ☺️

Fantastic!! - We had a fantastic day with our guide Mr. Irfan visiting the Dambulla Cave Temples and Sigiriya! Great communication with the company, with easy pick up and drop off. Mr. Irfan made our day fun and interesting, answering any questions we had and proving lots of fun surprise stops and treats along the way. It was great experience getting to enjoy the sites and explore Sri Lanka without having to worry about any of the logistics for the day. Would highly recommend this tour!!

Safe driver, packed lots into a day - I waited until the end of my trip to write this because I wanted to have other things to compare it to. I can honestly say my driver (Irfan) was the safest driver I had in two weeks in Sri Lanka. He drove smoothly and carefully and as a solo female traveller I felt at ease with him. He put in extra effort to give commentary along the way about the history of the local area and stopped off to try fruits and look for elephants on the roadside. He dropped me off at sigariya and told me to take my time and he'd be waiting for me when I was done. Same with dambulla. The only thing I will say, is this is not a tour, it is a driver taking you to various locations, so make sure you read up on the things you are visiting beforehand as I didn't and I ended up missing the best bits at the dambulla caves because I thought It was just one cave! (Wasn't clear from the signs). It is a long day but I'm glad I did it to tick off sigariya as you can't come all the way to Sri Lanka and not see it!

Wonderful day trip to Sigiriya & Dumballa with excellent driver Sharmin - Sharmin was very thoughtful & delightful company showing us around temples & stopped whenever we requested break for restrooms coffee or food etc. The traffic was very bad due to New Year festivities but he was very patient & careful - with good sense of humour. Thank you for an interesting & enjoyable trip - especially the detour to see wild elephants!

Great trip to Sigiriya - Great trip. Our driver picked us up from our hotel in Kandy and took us to Sigiriya and Dambulla. He was very attentive all day explaining where to go and how to get the best of the trip and stopping to get us refreshments and to allow us to take photos. Sigiriya is spectacular- definitely worth the climb. Really good communication from the tour company before the trip to explain details and pick up. Thanks for a great day

Trip to lions rock - From the start to the finish our trip was everything we hoped for. Our driver, Shamim, was such an accommodating, patient, safe driver. He quickly picked up on our love for nature and wildlife; he showed us things such as fruits, plants and wildlife that we would have missed , had he not been there. An excellent trip with an excellent driver. Thank you

Great day - We had a great day out with Ahmed. We climbed the rock at Sigiriya which was incredible and visited the temple caves at Dambulla. We also stopped for lunch at a local cafe. Ahmed told us lots about Sri Lanka and drove very safely. He was flexible with the itinerary and happy to miss out activities we had done the day before. We would recommend!

Fantastic trip with Irfan & Aaliya tours - Irfan our tour guide was brilliant. He made sure we got to Lion Rock for sunrise and sorted our guide to take us up the rock. When we got to Dambulla cave temple we missed the ticket office and he went back down 350 steps to sort the tickets for us. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very helpful answering questions and sharing his knowledge. We had a fantastic trip and would thoroughly recommend booking with Aaliya tours. Thank you!
