Great tour and great food! - Our tour guide was Valentina and she did a great job. We ended up being the only two people on the tour so it made for a really nice conversational experience. The food was really good and her knowledge of Siena and the food that makes it special was wonderful. We did a number of tours over our two weeks in Italy and this was our favorite.

Best tour in Siena. - Extraordinary tour. We loved every minute of it. We start in the city center, to a spectacular experience full of flavors, history, tour, and many laughs. We were with our guide, Alessandra, lovely Ukrainian sommelière, who was in charge of clearing each of our doubts and making the tour as enjoyable and fun as possible. Highly recommended. A must in Siena this tour.

A taste of Siena - After taking a long walk from the train station (from the top of the escalators) to check in to the hotel, we immediately left for the tour. There was nonbetter way for our introduction to Siena to take place than with wine, sandwiches, gelato, and local desserts—with three food stops. This and a bit of inside knowledge about Siena from a transplanted local made it a delightful tour. Alexandra was lovely.

A delicious journey through Siena - This 3-hours food tour in Siena was a fantastic experience, made truly special by our guide Jacopo. His deep knowledge of Siena's history and culture, combined with a clear and engaging way of explaining, made every stop memorable. We enjoyed a traditional lunch, tasted authentic Sienese sweets (Ricciarelli and Panforte) and gelato. Jacopo’s passion and storytelling truly brought the city to life. It was not just a tasting tour, but a deep dive into Siena’s culture!

A Delightful Dining Experience and Tour - My wife and I spent a few days in Siena and decided to take a food tour. As fans of Italian cuisine, we wanted to learn about its history and preparation. Our food tour in Siena was an exemplary culinary experience. Valentina, our guide, not only provided detailed explanations of the food at each stop but also offered us a historical overview of Siena. As we walked between our food stops, she pointed out historic sites and shared a brief history. We had five distinct “food” stops during the three-hour experience. Each stop represented a different course in a traditional mid-day Italian meal. Our first stop featured locally sourced meats and cheeses, accompanied by fresh bread and wine, akin to what would be called a charcuterie board in the United States. The second course involved a choice of pasta with bread and wine. The third stop offered homemade gelato. At our fourth stop, we enjoyed traditional Italian cookies unique to Siena, dipped in wine, near Torre del Mangia in Piazza del Campo, known for the renowned Palio di Siena horse race. Our final stop was for traditional Tuscan coffee and a digestive. The food was well-prepared, and Valentina provided a detailed explanation of the preparation process, making the experience informative and enjoyable. For those interested in Italian cuisine and wishing to learn more about the food, wine, and history of Siena, this tour is recommended.

Wonderful tour with Jacopo. - The tour was brilliant. We covered a large part of the city and had four fascinating and tasty food and drink stops as well as historical and cultural stops. We paid for the extra drink and enjoyed the vin santo and wine with various courses. The guide (Jacopo) was a gentleman and had lots of information to share that added a rich dimension to a great evening. He has just sent all of the resources he used from the walk about Siena, wine and food, so we’ve got useful souvenirs to go with the wonderful memories! Thank you.
