Highly recommended activity. Fantastic day. - Great explanations from Rui, the best guide and very good driver, The car was comfortable, we were 5 people plus the guide. The explanations were made in Spanish and Portuguese, Rui taught us the "best place in the Universe" the "ita Etna" of Catania. Highly recommended activity since if you do it free there are places that you can not interpret or even find, Rui brought us closer to the history of the area, the history of the eruptions of Etna, the way of life of population that coexists in volcanic area, the different types of eruptions that have existed, as the relief of the area has been changing, ... and many other information, it was a great day both for the company and for the tourist tour.

Hike to 2000 meters with Gaetano - Beautiful excursion, we understood and experienced the volcano 🌋 thanks to our guide Gaetano who explained many aspects of Etna, in a professional and technical way, always with a nice tone and the joke ready. We were a group of 6 people three couples, we Italians, then there were Spanish and French. He related to everyone using three languages fluently and precisely. Very good. Be careful that the air at the top is cold so bring a nice hoodie, very useful in case of wind.

We especially thank Horacio our guide with whom we exchanged regularly in perfect French. - A young and dynamic agency a catch. On hand a quarter of an hour before the announced departure time in toyota land cruiser.
Accurate explanations.all along the climb adapted to the language of each participant, a pleasant moment, only one shadow on the board the weather , clouds and fog ruined this excursion.to the Scots crater pea puree

Unique - A day simply unforgettable!
Andrea was an exceptional guide: prepared, passionate and always attentive to the group. We lived a unique experience among breathtaking landscapes, surprising curiosities and stories that made the tour even more special. Expectations - First of all, it wasn’t a four-wheel-drive, it was a minivan and secondly it wasn’t a sunset as we left before that occurred. To that extent it was misrepresented as we assumed we were four-wheel driving onto Mount Etna. Be aware that after 5 pm, the shops close And toilets are also not available. Apart from that it was enjoyable but it is important that you understand what you get. Oh and the wine, honey and olive oil tastings is really an opportunity for that business to sell its wares.

Etna is wonderful ... the vehicle, not so much! - The Etna sunset tour was very interesting. Unfortunately the weather played spoilsport and we didn't catch the sunset. Our driver and guides were informative and friendly. However, we were 6 of us (4 in my group plus 2 others) crammed into a vehicle that was not in the best of shape to begin with and it was a very uncomfortable few hours for all of us, especially for my friend and I who were in the back of the vehicle. I don't think the tour operator should take more than 4 people in any one vehicle, and the jeep we were in was in desperate need of cleaning and maintenance.

A hoax! Watch out! - We never went. We arrived, and since they had oversold the spaces they invented that our shoes were not suitable, without giving us solutions does not help. We asked for a ride in the jeep, and then we stayed on the base, taking pictures. There are cafeterias and businesses, and we didn't do the walking part and they refused! Why!? Because there were no more places! We counted the people in the jeeps and they were complete. We have photos and tickets of having gone that day, by another means, with closed shoes! As soon as I get to a place with connection I upload the pictures! But they were not the ones who took us, we went in an ordinary car, same cheaper experience. Not for us because of course we didn't get our money back!
