Enchanting beautiful temples - Exciting trip to three enchanting beautiful temples. Skillful informative guide who taught us the basics of Buddhism and the history of the temples. The tour ends with an authentic market where the guide offers dinner.

Fabulous Tuk Tuk evening! - Lovely evening in the Tuk Tuk. Great fun. Our guide Saman was lovely. Would definitely recommend!! Unfortunately the Sunday market was cancelled due to the election so we went to a different market and it was very busy but Saman was very helpful ordering and getting our food for us. He also got us sticky rice with mango which was fab!!

Great trip if you have a keen interest in all the temples in chiang mai - Maggie had such a vast range of knowledge about all the temples and her Buddhist faith . Tuk Tuk was great fun . We had to leave the night market early as my daughter was unwell so didn’t get to try the street food . Would recommend this tour , well looked after

An enjoyable and educational way to spend an evening - Tik was a great tour guide, very easy to understand and educated on the temples and Buddhism. He took us to 3 temples and then to the night market, guiding us expertly in tuk tuks around the city. It was a really nice intro to Chiang Mai and so refreshing to visit the temples at night without the hot sun during the day time.

Magical Experience Seeing the Temples at Night - It was a magical experience seeing the temples at night, while avoiding the heat and crowds. I went solo, but only one other person showed up so it was close to a private tour. It took around 3hrs 30 mins in total, and for the first 2 temples you need to pay the admission fee in cash (50 Baht each). The guide Tik was really knowledgeable about each place and shared very intricate details about each temple, helped us to take photos and looked after us really well. Highly recommended and worth the cost.

Overall good experience... - Overall good experience and value for money. Saw theee temples but it was a bit rushed but that was because we were on the evening tour. Main problem was not being brought back to the start but being left in chiang mai in an area we didn’t know. It was completely safe but a bit disconcerting

Would not recommend - We always get ripped off (at least) once on holiday and this tour was it.....overpriced and under delivered. It would have been so easy to have hired a tuk tuk for a fraction of the cost ourselves. The final straw....when at the food market I was told that I couldn't have my choice of meal as the budget was 150 baht. My choice would have taken the total to 180 baht...so about 60p more!!! For a tour that is clearly overpriced...I found that astounding. The guide also stressed we should tip the tuk tuk driver as their pay is so poor....which we would have done anyway...but I hope Wandersiam gave them a good chunk of the tour money as not sure what else it was spent on.

Disappointed and hungry - We did one of these tours in Bangkok and had such a good experience. Not so on this tour. Warning—you need to pay another 100/person for entrance fees at the temples that is supposed to be included. Then the food. Our guide multiple times just ordered whatever he wanted and not what we asked for, a simple dish of chicken Pad Thai. We finally were exhausted trying to get a bite to eat and just went home hungry and had to walk to our hotel. Very disappointing!!!
