Amazing Food and Information - This was a wonderful way to see a broader area of Chiang Mai and taste lots of the amazing food that the area is known for! We stopped at two great restaurants, a market, and then two more spots! Our tour guide Moui was friendly, very informative, and full of interesting historic and culinary tidbits! We tried so much food and even brought some extra food home! Highly recommend!!

A superb experience to better understand Northern Thailand - Great experience as this tour! Our guide Aim was a science well, she gave us so much information about the benefits of food and the history of different dishes that we could taste. Tasting is an adventure! There is something for everyone, the quantities seem enormous but on a 4 hour tour, it goes surprisingly well. We discovered beautiful addresses and we plan to go back to eat in 2 entries them. We were a group of 8, the atmosphere was cosmopolitan and friendly.

Take this tour!!!! - Wow!! Can’t say enough about this tour!! The guide, ‘Aim’ the food and the experience was 10/10. Aim is a real character with knowledge and obvious passion for Chiang Mai and her culture. So fun driving around in the little truck from stop to stop! The tour was so organized, all the places were ready for us and her attention to detail was top notch. Aims knowledge of the food and history really added to the tour. Come hungry!!!

Excellent tour of regional Thai cooking - Re Chiang Mai Northern Flavours tour Great introduction to regional Thai cuisine. Over 4 hours we (group of 5) ate at 6 locations and tried both northern and southern dishes s as well as dishes associated with Burmese and Chinese cuisine. My tour showcased: pork and chicken barbecued in a clay pot, a herby mushroom soup, water buffalo soup, steamed minced water buffalo, Burmese pork stew, Chinese sausage, stir fry with egg and bitter greens, vegetarian salad with chickpeas and fermented tea leaves, a mushroom omelet sort of thing, grilled pork with rice, fried grasshoppers, and a selection of local fruits. Teaching happens in the songthaew rides between stops by local guide. Do come hungry. It’s a lot of food. Soft drinks included, alcohol at own cost. For solo travelers, this is a great choice since the group is small and you have a lot of time to get to know one another while eating.

Come Hungry! - Excellent tour! We rode around in the red truck which was cool. The dishes were ready for us as soon as we arrived. Our guide Aim was very knowledgeable and gave us some history during the tour. My favorite part was when we went to the market. Be prepared to be full! The food was very tasty and there were some interesting things that I wouldn’t have tried on my own but glad that I did. I wouldn’t highly recommend
