Beijing Mutianyu Great Wall and Dingling Mausoleum
Dingling Underground Palace - The first stop is the Dingling Mausoleum, one of the 13 Ming Tombs in Beijing. This mausoleum serves as the shared burial site of the 13th Emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yijun, along with his wife and concubine. It is also one of the three largest mausoleums in terms of scale.
Mutianyu Great Wall - Next, you will embark on a tour of the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. This part of the Wall is renowned for its stunning scenery and is less crowded and touristy. Cable cars are available and optional, with payment on the spot.
After the tour, you will be transported back to your hotel.
Beijing Forbidden City and Summer Palace Day Tour
Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - In the morning, our guide will meet you in the hotel lobby at a pre-arranged time for your Beijing city tour. The first stop is Tian’anmen Square, the largest city square in the world and the site of the founding ceremony of new China on October 1st, 1949.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - From the Square, you will proceed to the entrance of the Forbidden City (closed on Mondays), which was the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. As the world’s largest and best-preserved wooden palace complex, the Forbidden City is listed among the top five palaces globally.
Beijing - We will then make a brief visit to the Chinese Traditional Medicine Market, where you can learn about the unique culture of Chinese traditional medicine and purchase some souvenirs if you wish.
Temple of Heaven - After enjoying a local lunch, you will head to the Temple of Heaven. This is where emperors would go annually on specific days to worship heaven and pray for a bountiful harvest. Surrounding the Temple of Heaven are several buildings used to prepare items for worship and prayer.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - Next, the tour continues to the Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden, regarded as a museum of gardens in China. You will then be transferred back to your hotel.
Visit Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang from Beijing by High-Speed Train
Beijing - In the morning, the local driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby and take you to Beijing West Train Station for a high-speed train to Luoyang (G671/07:49-12:10).
Luoyang - Upon arrival in Luoyang, the local guide and driver will meet you at the train station exit, holding a name board. You will have lunch before starting your visit.
Longmen Grottoes - After lunch, you will visit the famous Longmen Grottoes, a treasure trove of ancient stone-carving art with more than 100,000 stone statues ranging from 2 centimeters to 17.14 meters high, extending about 1,094 yards along both banks of the Yi River. Located about 12 kilometers from Luoyang city, it is one of the three most valuable Buddhist cave and rock carvings in China (2 hours).
LuoYang LaoCheng LiShi WenHua GuJie - Later, visit Luoyang Old Street, where you will find interesting stalls selling crafts and snacks with local historical appeal.
Shaolin Temple, Head for Xian by High-Speed Train
Monastero Shaolin (Shaolin Temple) - Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby in Luoyang at 8:30 am to start the tour with the Shaolin Temple, known as the birthplace of Chinese Zen Buddhism and Shaolin Martial Arts. You will be eager to watch the Kungfu Show performance, as the saying goes, ‘All martial arts (Kungfu) originate from Shaolin.’ The Shaolin martial arts are a significant part of the relics.
Luoyang Museum - After lunch at a local restaurant, we will drive to visit the Luoyang Museum. This historical museum of China houses over 1,700 cultural and historical relics in five showrooms, presenting five different social development periods such as the Primitive Society, the Slavery Society, and the Feudal Society. Afterwards, you will be transferred to the train station for a high-speed train to Xian (G823/17:57-19:30).
Xi’an - Upon arrival in Xian, the local driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
Xian Terracotta Warriors Day Tour
Xi’an - Meet the tour guide at your hotel lobby and begin the group tour to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.
The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses - Visit the Terracotta Warriors Museum, renowned as the eighth wonder of the world. The Terracotta Warriors will amaze you with thousands of life-sized soldiers, generals, and horse figures.
Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - After lunch, you will board the van to the next stop: the Ancient City Wall, the most complete city wall that has survived in China and one of the largest and most complete ancient military defense systems in the world. A bike ride on the Wall is optional, based on your interest, with payment on the spot.

Xian Departure
Small Goose Pagoda - In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, meet your tour guide in the hotel lobby and head to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda first, one of the two completely preserved Tang Dynasty Buddhist Pagodas in Xian.
Xi’an Museum - Next, visit the Xian Museum, where you will find historical relics and learn about the history of this ancient capital city.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta) - The next stop is the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a landmark building in Xian, initially built to preserve the Buddhist sutras and statues brought back from ancient India by Monk Xuanzang during the Tang Dynasty. You will hear its fascinating stories from your knowledgeable guide.
Muslim Quarter - The last stop of the tour is Bell & Drum Tower Square-Muslim Quarter, where you will find many local snacks and handicrafts.
Xi’an - After the tour, it’s time to say goodbye. You will be transferred to the airport or train station for your next destination.
