Fantastic tour from cruise for a family of 6 - We were greeted by our Guide Miyuki at the Cruise terminal. The minibus was very comfortable and cool. The driver minimised the walking for my elderly parents. Miyuki was amazing. She shared so much information with us in a clear, interesting way. Miyuki also took photos of the group that we could access later in the evening. We could not have asked for a better Guide. Thank you so much for a very enjoyable afternoon.

Amazing shore excursion!! - Communication prior to or scheduled tour was amazing. Hirokane messaged me thru what's app to confirm everything prior to our tour. He answered all my questions and easily added another couple to our group when asked. He sent photos of our meeting spot and even changed it and sent new photos when he learned that our ship was docking at a different terminal. When we got off the ship, Kiyo was waiting with my name on a sign just as we exited the ship--- exactly as Hirokane had described. We made our way to the van and our journey began. Kiyo was amazing describing all the sights. She had pictures to explain some things while we were between stops. She also provided us with wonderful refreshing wipes since it was soooo hot. She also shared some wonderful japanese snacks as well as some salt tablets to prevent dehydrated. She encouraged us to drink lots of water as well. Kiyo answered all of our questions ( and between the 8 of us there were a lot!) She even gave us each a little gift that she had made as we left. We saw Mt Fuji, went on the ropeway,saw the shrine, went to a tea farm and had teas, went to an observatory and the beach. It was a fabulous day for all of us. Also dropped some off for shopping after tour and returned others to ship as requested

Great Tour Even Better Guide - We were so lucky to have Kiyo as our guide. She was very friendly and informative, and spoke very good English. She utilized visual aids to explain the history of the Toshugu Shrine and some about life in the area. She was very passionate about Mt. Fuji. The van was very comfortable. We appreciated the treats She shared with us, the menthol cooling wipes, and the bookmarks for our wives. This was great tour and a caring guide.

Mount Fuji trip - We had a fantastic day with our guide Michiko, she was lovely and so friendly. We saw so much on our tour and we were also very lucky to see Mount Fuji. Michiko shared lots of knowledge answering all our questions. Highly recommend anyone to book this tour.

Miyuki was the best... - Miyuki was the best guide, we loved her! She taught us so much, always stepped to take pictures. We often had other people stop to listen to hear because she told the best stories about the places we went! There were 8 of us and our van was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

We had a great day with... - We had a great day with Noboku! We enjoyed her information and stories about the area. She easily navigated us when some of the places we visited were crowded, and answered our questions patiently. She also was very helpful not only taking our pictures, but also suggesting some spots to take pictures. She made sure we understood what makes this area so special - even if she wasn’t able to make Mt Fuji appear for us.
