• Hatomachitoge - The bus departs from Shinjuku and is expected to reach Hatomachi Pass by approximately 10:30 a.m. The itinerary includes: Hatomachi Pass → Yama-no-hana → Ushikubi Fork → Research Sample Garden → back to Yama-no-hana → and then returning to Hatomachi Pass.

• The schedule may change depending on traffic or road conditions. Arrival time may be delayed. We cannot cover the cost of taxis or accommodations if return arrival is delayed.
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes (trekking shoes are ideal). To protect from insects, long sleeves and long pants are recommended. Gloves are also useful.
• During summer, UV protection is important – long-sleeved, easily removable clothing is best.
• There are limited shelters, so please bring rain gear. It can also be used as a jacket in case of cold weather.
• Depending on the weather or crowd conditions, your stay time at the site may be shortened, or the hike may be canceled.
• In the event of stormy weather, the tour may be changed to a different sightseeing destination.
• The order of stops may vary depending on your bus assignment.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus will be based on that specific location. The staff has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will miss the tour, & refund won’t be issued.
• The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
• In case of severe traffic due to holiday/adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.
• Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays/wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
• Please check the photo in the product page & scan the correct QR code of your chosen meeting point. Be present at the right location 15~10 minutes before the stated departure time to ensure a timely departure
