• Oishi Park - Renowned for its seasonal beauty and vibrant floral displays, Oishi Park is located near Lake Kawaguchiko. The park offers stunning views and seasonal blooms that showcase the area’s natural beauty.

• Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nemba - Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba is a traditional village by Lake Saiko, one of Mt. Fuji’s Five Lakes. Explore charming thatched-roof houses that have been meticulously preserved, providing an immersive look into Japan’s rural heritage and culture.

• All departure location options are shuttle buses leading to the last departure location, ‘Shinjuku LOVE Object’. If you don’t want to ride a shuttle bus, please select the ‘Shinjuku LOVE Object’ departure location.
• It may be difficult to see Mt. Fuji on days with bad weather. Please also be aware that reaching the viewing platform next to Chureito Pagoda requires some climbing (stairs)
• This tour will depart regardless of weather or traffic conditions, unless you are notified otherwise by the local operator. Trip Advisor / Viator and your local tour operator will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In November, the tour itinerary will slightly change to make sure you have the best experience of Japanese autumn in the Mt. Fuji area! In fact, after visiting Lake Kawaguchi Craft Park, we will move on to one of the lake’s best spots for foliage, a colorful corridor of more than 400 maple trees creating a unique fall atmosphere!
• Our guide will be holding the flag shown in the picture at the meeting location.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will miss the tour, & refund won’t be issued. If you’d like to change your meeting point or unsure about the meeting point, pls notify us at least 2 days before departure for assistance.
• The bus will be departing on time (no exception).
• Please adhere to the scheduled time. We are unable to accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect all customers’ time.
• In case of late arrival or arrival at wrong location, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted.
