• If the cable car is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, please email us to get a refund of 1000 yen for the cable car fare.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. There are many tour groups at the location.
• You will receive an email the evening before the tour with important details, including the guide and driver’s contact information.
• Please check the weather forecast and dress comfortably. Walking shoes are recommended.
• Bring some cash, as certain locations may not accept credit cards.
• Traffic may be heavier on weekends, public holidays, or during peak seasons. The guide may adjust the itinerary, visit durations, or number of stops in response to real-time conditions. Please avoid scheduling other activities immediately after the tour, as return times may vary.
• This is a shared group tour with participants from various countries. The guide will offer explanations in multiple languages.
• This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, we will notify you of the cancellation or offer to reschedule the tour one day before the departure date.
• If there are fewer than 13 participants on the day of the tour, the guide will also serve as the driver and will only be able to provide basic commentary.
