For Airport to Hotel (A/H) transfers, a professional driver will greet passengers at the arrival hall exit with a Name Board. The complimentary waiting time is 1 hour beyond the actual arrival time, providing a total of 2 hours free waiting time after landing. This allows ample time to pass through airport controls, customs, visa checks, and luggage collection. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For Hotel to Airport (H/A) transfers, the meeting point is in the hotel lobby. The driver will be waiting with a Name Board at the appointed time. Typically, pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before international flights and 2.5 hours before domestic flights. During peak hours or at certain airports, an additional hour or more may be necessary to ensure timely arrival. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals.

• If unable to locate the local representative, it is the passenger’s responsibility to call the number on the voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If pick-up/drop-off details change, bookings must be amended immediately.
• Unless otherwise specified, one piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on the lap. If luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrange and pay for a taxi to transport the excess luggage.
