5 STAR SERVICE - We’ve just got back to the UK after a one-week stay at the Rixos Adults, and honestly, it was fantastic. We booked through TUI and, to be fair, the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Even though our TUI package included airport transfers, we decided to go with Falcon Car Hire / Falcon Adventure Excursions Sharm, and I have to say, they were outstanding — we honestly couldn’t fault the service. Communication was excellent throughout, via Facebook Messenger before we travelled, during our stay, and even after we got back. When we landed in Sharm, collected our luggage, and walked out of the terminal, our driver was already there with a clear sign. Within five minutes we were in the car and on our way — no hassle, no waiting around, and by far the quickest transfer we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The return transfer was just as smooth. They messaged us the day before our flight with a recommended pickup time, and sure enough, they arrived exactly when they said they would. Not a minute wasted.

Amazing - We used falcon for our transfers from the airport to hotel and return. They was amazing on time and waiting for us, we arrived to a wifi box so we could stay in contact with family throughout our whole holiday. We also used them for our excursions. The safari dessert is an absolute must an so value for money. I won't recommend falcon to anyone travelling to Egypt as a must

Great airport transfer - Excellent service. Communication was fantastic. We booked via facebook and had immediate confirmation,was messaged day before to confirm where driver would be with his sign. And exactly the same for the return journey,clean comfortable cars and nice drivers. Will definitely use again next time. Thank you for great service

Private transfer - Luxor - Excellent service I’ve used Falcon for many years now . Private transfers every time we visit Sharm So much easier and the price is very reasonable. This year we book Luxor by air. Picked up at 5.15 as promised and the whole day was so good. The best experience I have ever had , don’t think about it just book . Thank you again Falcon and team

Do it with falcon adventures sharm el sheikh👌🫶🇪🇬🐟🤿❤️ - This company has been fantastic . Everytime I travel to Egypt ( hurgada, Luxor , Cairo or Sharm el sheikh ) I have used this company . Prices are cheap and they are always punctual. I have tried so many activities with them , along with other groups of people from other hotels and the team have been amazing .

Airport transfers - Airport transfers and sim card booked through falcon. The lovely rep met us outside the airport and stayed with us until our driver arrived. Driver was amazing and so friendly. We were a family of 9 and all sat comfortably in the minibus, we sang to the drivers music on the way to the hotel which im sure he loved 😂 amazing company and will definitely recommend and use again

Falcon always professional - Exelent service for private airport transfer Cars clean although your in a different country with language barriers drivers were very polite driver was at airport even after a delay and collected from hotel on time text messages with times and locations with clear instructions Thanks for a great servicec

Professional patient polite reliable - Family of 6 adults 2 children From enquiring about the transfer and price to booking transfer, being met at the airport and arriving at the hotel I have to say was a very smooth and efficient service Any queries I had was answered almost immediately,any changes in timings eg plane landing time dealt with swiftly,the Scottish lady in the shop was absolutely lovely very helpful had a nice chat when paying for a half day private boat trip booked through Falcon Excursions,next time in Egypt these will be our go to for booking trips never pushy just gave information on trips, answered any questions and gave you space to decide if you did want to do any of there trips

Airport transfer - From the minute I messaged Falcon enquiring about a private transfer we were treated with the upmost professionalism. They clearly explained how we would be met at the airport and what to do if we couldn’t find them. (We had previously been let down by another company) the transfer was a decent air conditioned car and the driver was friendly and pointed out areas that may have been of interest to us. They kept in touch throughout our holiday checking in with us and advised us of our return pick up times. I would highly recommend and only thing I thought was missing was a nice cold bottle of water to drink on the way to the hotel. I will be using them again.
