Great Trip - I recently went parasailing in Hurghada, and honestly, it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my trip to Egypt.
From the moment I got picked up at my hotel, everything was super smooth and well-organized. The staff was really friendly and made me feel safe the entire time. After a quick boat ride out into the Red Sea, they got me all harnessed up, and before I knew it, I was soaring high above the water. Thanks

Great - I have a fear of heights. The Grace of God took that fear away on this experience. Everyone was helpful and very nice. The weather was perfect.

Parasssss - A truly beautiful experience, they pick you up at the hotel, at the entrance and take you to where the activity takes place, which lasts about 2 and a half hours between transfers and parasailing, worth trying.

Parasailing is on for... - Parasailing is on for about 5 minutes. When you arrive they all of a sudden charge you a transportation fee which should’ve already been included as we already booked for a transfer. Will be on a boat with other people and you’ll have to wait for them to parasail too.

Lack of security and organization, which could cost us our lives - We are 3 adults and 2 girls. The driver leaves us and spends 1 hour in the sun until they put us on the motorboat. They take my wife and one of the girls up and at 50 meters high next to the coast the rope breaks and comes loose, parachutes, they fall directly and for a couple of meters they miss the ground with a rusty metal structure nearby. When they realize it, a few boats are approaching. They were not aware of it but they could have suffered serious damage. The rope was old and broke in the hold of the boat. They did not apologize and just changed us to another boat. After climbing again, we were only up there for less than 4 timed minutes each. We have the video of the rescue. On the other hand, the driver who picks us up tells us that in 5 minutes he will pick us up on the street where he left us, an avenue 500 meters from the activity without shade. 5 minutes later we complained to him via WhatsApp that we were waiting for him and he told us that he was late and that he would be there in 5 minutes. We write again and he tells us that another colleague is going. We had to wait even longer at a nearby McDonald's to drink water and endure the heat. We have the WhatsApp of the conversation.

Tour operator (Egypt Delight Trips) did not show up. Viator refusing to give refund. - We were at the hotel reception at the pick-up time 15:30 but no one came. I sent a message to the tour operator at 15:33 but there was no response. I sent another message at 15:44, there was no response again.
At 15:53, I contacted Viator via WhatsApp. At 16:09, the Viator responder tried to reach the tour operator. At 16:12, the responder said they couldn’t reach the tour operator.
The person said I’d be able to get a refund if the tour operator is still unresponsive after 72 hours. I sent an email with screenshots of my messages to the tour operator.
18 days later, Viator are refusing to give me a refund. They are saying that the tour operator alleges that we were picked up and that we went on the tour. This is not true.
There is no excuse. Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!!
If I could give zero star, I would.

Absolutely rubbish. Avoid this company. - The whole trip was a shambles from start to finish. The driver was 15 minutes late and parked 10 minutes away from my hotel so I had to walk. When I got to the beach I was told I would have to wait. I waited for two hours and as I was about to leave they said okay come on let’s go and the parasailing lasted about 3 to 4 minutes maximum The photographer just tried to keep pressuring me to buy photos which there was no chance in hell I was going to do. They were not apologetic at all. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. The whole day was absolute garbage. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Avoid avoid avoid.
