Everything perfect - Everything went great, the bus ride is long and the stops are many, but we had a free seat next door to be able to be comfortable. Our guide Al mohamed (Benedetto) was amazing, very nice and prepared. I recommend this experience to those who do not want to give up a day in Cairo but aware of the physical stress to be faced.

Never miss trip - Awesome trip..bus ride was big longer than expected during the course of onwards journey but which was mostly due to police checks etc. However thoroughly enjoyed Musium, Nike river boat and of course Pyramids in Gija. Food/restaurant on the way could have been better but no complain.

Nice experience - We went to cairo on 25th (wednesday) and in overall it was a very nice. We travelled with 3 small children (3yo,5yo and 7yo) the bus drive is long so have that in mind, however it was night as we got picked up around 00:30 and arrived to the main bus around 01:00 am so kids was sleeping untill 8 o'clock and by that time we was almost in cairo. There is a toilet and air conditioner in the bus, we also took some stops for toilet and brekfast. The staff was nice the only thing is that I feel like in Russian was given more info then in English (as a Polish person I could understand some parts and in English they were never mentioned, after all when we arrived to cairo our guide was speaking English). In Cairo we spend all day. We was moving fast from one activity to the other but they were trying to show us as much as they could. In museum everything was well explained and we had time to look around. Any questions we had our guide answered, he was very friendly and told us some facts about town as well when we drived from one thing to the other. In my opinion pyramids and museum is most interesting. If someone feel like they missed out on papyrus museum cause they went to the perfume shop insted - we visited both and I can tell you, in both they'll just try to sell you goods more then explaining how things are made. However the museum and shop visit was on the way anyway and we did not spend long time in there around 10 minutes. Then before pyramids we went to eat. It was a buffet type of restaurant. Friendly staff, local cuisine it was nice to try actually. The owner brought some chips for our kids as well and i think this was very kind of him a specially that my little girl is a fussy eater so that was thoughtful. On pyramids and Sphinx we spend over 2h and I am glad we had our guide with us as locals can be really hard to deal with and try to get money from you on every step, sell you something or make you pay for taking picture. I was really stressed at some point a specially with my little one not feeling well and every step I took someone was jumping out with random things. Our guide however instructed us before we got there and told us what can happen and how to deal with it, he did talked to them few times as well, once to allow us take a picture on the rock otherwisewe would need to pay I assume. He even offered to take a picture for us multiple times without asking for $$$ 😅 The experience is nice but as I said be ready for long bus drive each way minimum 8h and on the way back you'll be exhausted 😁

Mario was amazing, bus was not - Trip and tour guide Mario was amazing , he was very thorough and friendly. Bus conditions were awful, no room to move due to people putting seats back. Would recommend taking a flight instead.

Pyramids tour - The bus journey was long around 9 hours but we were warned about this. Great day tour visited museum it was very busy but interesting. Good laugh and dance on river nile boat ride, pyramids are amazing camel ride around them was great. Be aware of desperate people hustlers and scammers, don't let anyone take your phone off you unless the camel riders ask you, they take amazing photos but may get greedy with tips be warned. Me and my loved it but bus ride thelonand back is long say 20 hours altogether. Worth it though you will be tired day after.

Very long trip with what... - Very long trip with what seams like many unnecessary stops in order to make their friends/other establishments money! But fun and worth the money! Would be 3-4 hours shorter with silly stops

Crap experience but Mario and his assistant tried to make it better - As you are Awhare they do say it could be a 24 hour round trip, with a 7-9 hour bus ride , we was collected at 00:50 20 minutes later than planned we then sat on a small coach where everyone including staff where rude and did not care about my mums disability or my self as I’m 5,9 I’m fairly tall and the lady in front laying her seat out onto mine and my mums legs causing bruises on our legs (again staff did nothing to help no even move our seat)we then sat on the bus in a petrol station for 1 hour 40 minutes while staff was smoking and talking , no one spoke to us the whole 11 our bus ride there yes 11 HOURS Don’t book with this company they don’t care about you they just want money , we stopped more than 10 times for them to chat and smoke the bus was smelly and dirty the bus was not air condition , our first rest stop was dirty there was puddles of urine in the toilets and again no one spoke to us in English, the whole trip the man was speaking to everyone in there language but when I asked him what he said in English he said oh 5 minutes , he was speaking on and off the whole 11 hours , no one told us how to keep safe or when we can and can not take pictures, I asked multiple times what was said and all I got was 5 minutes 5 minutes 🤷‍♀️, we seen dead dogs on our journey and almost hit a child and his dog , causing the bus to emergency stop to wich me and my mum got flung into the seats in front ,and the driver was all over the place DONT DO IT , when we got to ciro we was over a few hours late , they told us to take all our belongings to take into another car for our English guide we ended up carrying it around the museum which was annoying , Mario was AMAZING he really tried to make a awful day good him and his assistant was so lovely and if we could have booked privately with just Mario we would have had a great time unfortunately due to the 11 hour bus ride our trip would have been over 28 hours not a 24 hour trip , my mum was crying because we spent so much money on this trip thinking it would be amazing and it was not , she was in a lot of pain because the coach trip and being squashed and my self , there is no way to walk around the river Nile so you will have to pay £10 for a boat again Mario did his best to make up for his managers mess up we was in Ciro for less than 6 hours we did not do most of what we paid for ,we was with 4 others who also had a awful time when we asked for a refund the manager called Ahmed I’m sure his name was he called Mario shouting at him and our group because we obviously got scammed and wanted out money back so we could all get a plane back to Sharm because they did not mention it would be 22 hours all together on the bus , the manager was shouting and threatening us saying he is coming for us and things , we told him to come as we was not having it being threatened like that he never turned up we ended up paying £150 for a plane on top of the £140 for the trip we had a horrible experience and want a refund for the trip and plane as you as a company lied , I just want to state Mario and his assistant wher bloody amazing and really tried to make us happy but unfortunately his manager ruined it , the whole trip the manager was calling to chat to staff about us (we translated the conversation) not professional at all , we was rushed around all day we did not see much in the museum and that was what we was most excited for again would not recommend this company. I’m grate full for Mario and his assistant they are great at what they do but they should find a new company to work for
