Tom is an outstanding guide - Tom was extremely knowledgeable as he took us through the Zu Garden, French Concession and the Bund. He was super helpful with photos. I walk with a cane and Tom was extremely helpful and caring in insuring that I was comfortable.

Delightful half-day tour - Pleasant way to get an overview of Shanghai for the first-time visitor. Our group was small. We had a new, clean, comfortable van. Our guide was knowledgeable.

A pretty fun time - I would rate this higher but the driver was a pain. I really enjoyed our guide but the driver made me feel like my kids were a huge burden. The line for the shanghai museum was super long because of the holiday so we decided to skip that. Our guide took us to the silk factory instead and that was quite a treat for my children and for me too! Overall we really enjoyed our morning tour. I’d recommend it.

Misleading advertisement - We did not get a sightseeing tour, as advertised. We were taken to 4 or 5 locations to walk around. The whole experience was disappointing.

Questionable business practices - The company called less then 24 hours before the tour to ask for more money because they didn't have enough participants. It was too late to get tickets myself so I had no choice. Bad experience.

Better take a taxi - Afternoon tour: I was positively surprised to be the only person doing the tour, and so I had a private driver, luxury SUV and tour guide for myself. We started at the Yu Gardens, which was quite enchanting, but the French quarter isn’t worth it, and the silk factory is 100% a tourist trap. The Bund is quite impressive too. The tour guide had good English, but was not able to blend the highlights with the history of the city and country. In summary, take a taxi to the Gardens and then to the Bund and you’ll be better off. Cheers
