Amazing experience! Jenny and Troy are the best! - The service was amazing! From the 1:1 meeting with Jenny herself over we chat, to the meeting with Troy. The van was a Mercedes Benz, almost new, very clean! Ice cold water and a tea set gift complemented everything! The driver was very friendly and professional. Troy, our tour guide, was simply the best! He went the extra steps to make this tour memorable! I am already looking for more trips with Jenny and Troy! Highly recommended!

Great introduction to Shanghai and Chinese society through excellent guides at Jenny's Shanghai Tourguides! - I highly recommend anyone visiting Shanghai to get to know the city, the people, and the customs through the excellent and flexible services of Jenny's Shanghai Tours!
I went on 1.5 days of private tours — the first day included visits to highlights in Shanghai, such as Yuyuan Garden and the Jade Buddha Temple. On the second day, I visited Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town.
My tour guide and driver were very attentive, showing me not only the main attractions of Shanghai but also hidden, everyday gems. My tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable — locally born and raised in Shanghai. She taught me about Chinese geography, history, traditions and customs, food and drink, architecture, symbolism and religion, and about the daily life of ordinary Chinese people.
I asked to learn as much as possible, and I certainly did!

Outstanding Day Tour! - Outstanding! Kristy was knowledgeable, flexible and efficient. Tao was always there when we needed a ride. Both were positive and enjoyable hosts. The best possible use was made of our limited time.
Thank you for taking good care of us and making Shanghai a memorable visit.

Very professional - Peggy and Mr Wong the driver were both very professional and made our trip around Shanghai both easy and memorable. From collecting us at our hotel we chose the main attractions we wanted to see from a list of suggestions. Our guide also helped us with suggestions of where else to go in our spare time and even helped my wife book some beauty treatments and helped me find a sports bar open at 3am where I could watch live football!

Perfect everything worked out as discussed before. From pick-up at the ship to the end of the tour. - Cathy was incredibly friendly and did a great job. She responded to our wishes and explained everything in detail. Thank you for the great experience. We would always opt for Jenny's tour.

A wonderful day in Shanghai - We can only warmly recommend Jenny Shanghaitours. Our booked day tour with our guide Peggy was perfectly organized. The tour started and ended at the International Cruise Terminal at our special request.
We had a wonderful day in Shanghai, which we will always remember very well. Our expectations were exceeded. The 5 stars are more than deserved. We have no criticism.
