Work side by side with your chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest.
All ingredients and materials are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer).
All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

Fun experience of cooking delicious food - Great experience, we enjoyed the fun conversation and the cooking. Our guide chef, Dom, did a great job! The resulting food was very delicious.

Spanish Cooking Class in Sevilla Spain Highly Recommend - Brilliant!!! Carlo is an incredible chef and he provided tips and excellent instruction from ingredients to carving a chicken properly. Paella I thought would be difficult but it was fun. We went back to the market the next day to buy smoked paprika and saffron. Both are special ingredients hard to get in USA at this price. Carlo was organized and Kai was too as she prepared the sangria and explained it. We highly recommend this cooking class and it’s small. One suggestion. The class starts at 6pm when market closes. We suggest you arrive 45minutes or half hour early so you can visit an amazing market!!!!

Paella dinner cooking class - I had a fantastic time in the cooking class. Both staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. The sangria, soup, appetizer and paella were all wonderful; learnt many new things on cooking each dish. Went to several food places suggested by the cooking class and all were spot on. I highly recommend this cooking class if you are in Seville.

Fun and food for all - We had a great time and created an incredible dinner. The set up was perfect for learning and everything was so well organized. Our instructor was fun and we had a lot of laughs.

Great cooking class! - We loved the cooking class that we did with Carlo! Everything we made was delicious and we hope to be able to recreate the recipes at home! He sent all the recipes to us the next day and we really appreciated that! We did the evening class and the only thing that would have made it better would have been if the market was open. We also really enjoyed getting to know the other people that were in the class. Highly recommend this wonderful experience!

Spanish cooking at its finest - This was such a great experience. Cooking with a group of strangers wanting to enjoy Spanish cuisine couldn't have been made anymore interesting or fun. The recipes were all using fresh ingredients. The staff made sure to ask of allergies and likes and dislikes of all participants. Everything was clean and sanitary. They allowed us to take pictures and video while we cooked. The class took place in a wonderful market. It was a great experience with Spanish cooking that I highly recommend to anyone.

Great Experience - We had a great time at this cooking class. Leo and Anna were wonderful hosts and did a great job with the class. Everyone got to participate and we learned a lot about traditional local food.

Great class poor flowup - The cooking class was great and I would highly recommend. The only reason for giving 3 stars that we did not receive the recipes as promised, even after multiple reminders.
