Relaxing place - Such a lovely place to visit, with an interesting history and beautiful gardens to relax in. A special mention to manager Maria who helped us when a technical glitch occurred. Great customer service, it was appreciated.

Beautiful Palace full of history with an interesting audio guide - Yesterday we visited this beautiful palace under a beautiful sun. I was delighted with the visit. We had booked online because we had gone the day before and the tour was already complete. Also, I advise you to book several days in advance to choose your schedule. The staff at the front desk is not especially friendly. There is no guided tour. On the other hand, another guide will guide you throughout your visit. Personally, I very much appreciated that the audio guide was made by the daughter of the Duchess of Alba; it changes a bit from impersonal audio guides. The palace is very beautiful well maintained and full of history. The life of the Duchess of Alba is wisely documented and told in a very personal way with many anecdotes, which is very appreciable. It takes between 1h15 and 1h30 of visit

Beautiful palace and gardens - well worth a visit - This 15th century palace is home to the Dukes of Alba. The buildings are beautiful and filled with antiques and artwork and there is a room dedicated to a collection of items related to the Seville Spring Fair. The gardens wrap around the house and they must be stunning in the Spring and Summer when they are in full bloom. Our ticket included an audio guide which we used on our phones and it gives excellent information about the history of the house and the items in it. On the afternoon we visited there were only a few people there so we were mostly by ourselves so we could take our time to look at what we wanted and we wandered around for about 2 hours. A lovely property that is beautifully presented and is full of the history of Seville - would highly recommend.

Beautiful discovery - Beautiful palace, a little outside the crowd. Beautiful flowered patios. A place steeped in history that deserves to be discovered. Smiling welcome 😀

A palace charged with the lives of its inhabitants - After visiting the Alcazar, very large and very frequented, the visit of this palace was a real pleasure. The place is beautiful and still charged with all the humanity of its inhabitants. The audio guide is very well done.

Worth the visit - It is an interesting visit, especially for those who already know Seville. It is an interesting place and part of the history of Spain. Just to remember Machado’s verse is already worth it, but being able to know a palace that is part of the Casa de Alba is very interesting

Alba's house - On our visit to Seville we dedicate an afternoon, or part of it to the visit of this historic palace. House of the family where the current Duke of Alba lives, is a very nice palace of Gothic-Mudejar and Renaissance style, with many Andalusian elements, and also of bullfighting essence. Its elegant rooms and rooms contain countless paintings, portraits and memorabilia of the Fitz-James Stuart family, collections of art, paintings, tapestries, sculpture and other priceless items. Special also a walk through its patios, stables, gardens etc... The price with audio guide is not expensive, about 11 euros, but I also think you have the possibility of living free on Mondays not public holidays. Recommended visit

Not my thing - I went because I wanted to see the gardens. Somewhere I read that you could get into the garden park for free; however, that’s not the case. I paid €11 for a senior ticket. The gardens were not very big, and it was nothing other than greenery in late March. There were a lot of people milling around, so there were no places to just sit and relax. The inner rooms seemed cluttered and stuffy with everything behind ropes. It felt like a crowded museum. Unfortunately, I had experienced the magnificent gardeners at the Real Alcazar, paying eight euros for a senior ticket. So for this effort, I felt ripped off. When I went midday, it was swarming with tour groups. That didn’t help. I found it quite uninteresting.

Bad visit - At the entrance it asks you to connect to its free Wifi and download the audio guide but neither thing or other worked throughout the palace or anyone knew anything about it. For the price you pay for admission the service offered is abysmal. The care of the staff in the salons is zero, minimal staff and people on a rainy day visiting the salons with umbrellas open without anyone drawing their attention... the care of the Heritage shone through its absence... Disappointing
