Amazing and Amusing Tour with the infamous monkeys! - The tour guide was well informed, funny and friendly. He took care of our needs and we had a great time!! I would recommend this tour to everyone both Spaniards and tourists since many do not consider taking a trip to Gibraltar.

Day out at Gibraltar with Migual - Went with Naturanda tour Company. Fantastic day out, made even better by having a wonderful tour guide in Miguel. Who was very knowledgeable and really witty with his humor. If anyone goes to Seville in Spain, I would high recommend your book your tours through City Expert Ltd and Naturanda

Unique experience - Such a unique adventure! Long but comfortable ride with a good stop in the middle. Incredible views, good restaurant choices for lunch. Cool experience walking across a runway. Monkey’s did not disappoint!

Wonderful - Maria and Maillie were wonderful to be with. The tour was outstanding. Learned a lot. What makes both of them wonderful people is how they took care of us. On the tour. On the bus tour of Gibraltar. One had mobility issues. Maria stayed with her to allow the others to enjoy trip. When we returned Maria the other person were laughing and smiling. Maillie was great. Would love to have them both again.

A value for money trip - We used Naturanda for a daily trip from Seville to Gibraltar. We went to Gibraltar by a big car with 7 other people in 2,5 hours. Our guide, Miguel, was kind and veru helpful. We passed UK borders quickly and the tour to Gibraltar began. We had free time to explore the city and have some lunch and then went to a bus for further exploration. Went to St. Michael's cave, saw Africa from the coasts of Europe and even saw the local monkeys. Our only problem was another guide, Helena, whick we couldn't understand-her English was no good at all...Generally, we would recommend this trip, it is value for money. Thanks Naturanda and Miguel for this trip!

Gibraltar is lovely. - The tour itself was excellent and worth every penny. Big negative was the extra excessive long walk in scorching sun from the van car park across the airport runway and into town in scorching sun and back the same way. Too much especially for people of a certain age.

Gibraltar is beautiful but... - Gibraltar is interesting. But... we had booked the tour in French and less than 12 hours before the event we were told that it was not available in French. So we went around in English, Spanish and Italian. At the end of the tour they even dropped some English. Also, the bus was really uncomfortable, but the guide was very friendly. The cave and the macaques are really great, but if it were to be done again I’m not sure that the 2h30 drive is worth it.

I really wanted to see... - I really wanted to see the Rock of Gibraltar and thought I had read the information carefully but I was not prepared to walk as much as we did. At the end of the tour I had walked over 10,000 steps. Other than that it was very interesting and the Rock is magnificent. Demel was a good guide.

The worst customer service, highly unprofessional organization - This is the most unprofessional organizer l ever experienced. We were picked up by a taxi from the hotel and got dropped off in the middle of nowhere at Venta Andres. The lady called me one day earlier and told us nothing where we will be dropped off, just that we should wait outside for the guide to arrive, which will be a few minutes later. After sitting in the burning sun for over 50 minutes with an eight year old child and after several tries to call their office, where nobody picked up the phone and no response to the WhatsApp sent to their business account, the bus showed up. After expressing my disappointment, how we are treated, the guide showed now understanding or empathy and just gave us the choice to enter or be left in the middle of nowhere. We canceled the trip and got back to the hotel by taxi, as this is not the way I want to be treated after paying 300€ plus additional 60€ for the taxi back to the hotel.
