All day to Gibraltar and Rock Tour. - Trip was good. The Rock tour was the highlight. Our guide could have been more attentive and organized.

Review for Pia – Tours in Gibraltar and Seville - During our trip to Gibraltar, we were lucky enough to be accompanied by Pia, a truly exceptional tutor. Competent, brilliant and with an infectious sympathy, Pia made every moment of the tour interesting and enjoyable. Her explanations about the history and the city were clear and engaging, and despite the tour being in English, Pia proved to speak very good Italian too, making everything easily understandable. Special thanks also go to Morena, who translated with precision and kindness for the Italian group, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Pia and Morena together were a perfect team! In addition, Pia gave us great advice on what to do in the days following Seville, showing great attention and availability even beyond the tour itself. For me, this kind of care and dedication is worth a lot. A small organizational suggestion: it would be useful to add the exact address of the Don Paco Hotel in the communication of the stage, because Google Maps took us to another hotel of the same name in the center, risking us missing the tour. Fortunately we met two girls from the agency who informed us in time, and thanks to them we were able to participate. Finally, a big thank you also to the Naturanda team for the organization and support: without them, we would have missed a very special experience.

Excellent - Great tour. We saw some good places. Everything was impeccably arranged. I absolutely recommend doing it.

Interesting and unique tour but missed the top - Daniella provided interesting information on the drive to Gibraltar as well as a quick walking tour in the city. We had a nice stop for lunch in the city and then on to an internal bus tour. We saw the lighthouse with Africa in the distance, the St. Michael's caves and the macaques. We did not go to the top which was quite disappointing as a photographer. A great experience though. Walking across the landing field of the airport is a unique element of this tour.

A value for money trip - We used Naturanda for a daily trip from Seville to Gibraltar. We went to Gibraltar by a big car with 7 other people in 2,5 hours. Our guide, Miguel, was kind and veru helpful. We passed UK borders quickly and the tour to Gibraltar began. We had free time to explore the city and have some lunch and then went to a bus for further exploration. Went to St. Michael's cave, saw Africa from the coasts of Europe and even saw the local monkeys. Our only problem was another guide, Helena, whick we couldn't understand-her English was no good at all...Generally, we would recommend this trip, it is value for money. Thanks Naturanda and Miguel for this trip!

Great potential but room to improve - Seeing Gibraltar was very interesting but the organisation could have been better focused to spend more time at the attractions and less time waiting around, wandering the shopping street or unnecessary walking to get to the minibus.

Gibraltar is beautiful but... - Gibraltar is interesting. But... we had booked the tour in French and less than 12 hours before the event we were told that it was not available in French. So we went around in English, Spanish and Italian. At the end of the tour they even dropped some English. Also, the bus was really uncomfortable, but the guide was very friendly. The cave and the macaques are really great, but if it were to be done again I’m not sure that the 2h30 drive is worth it.

Forgotten and left behind - I only gave them one star because I had to. Otherwise, it would’ve been zero. This was to have been the highlight of our trip while in Seville, to see and hike Gibraltar, but they never picked us up. We had four other people that were told to go to a different pick up location as well, and we waited and waited and were never picked up. We were six people and all left behind.I am heart sick over this as we were looking forward to this so much. We were not given an explanation as to why this happened, other than it was the guides fault, the bus driver‘s fault traffic…… This tour and another was also cancelled. Just a text canceling again. We were very disappointed.

Fortunately the beauty of the places saves the experience somewhat - We're just not there. Old, noisy bus and dampers gone. Driver who takes the wrong turn and wastes us at least an hour. I would have expected the re-entry to be delayed to catch up and instead the lost time was to the detriment of the tour and no information was provided to the group. The Italian guide Morena that we had been guaranteed translated from English listlessly a quarter of the very little told by the guide Pia, also unsatisfactory. We had hoped for an improvement because Pia herself had informed us that a local guide would intervene in Gibraltar, which we have not seen. So no information whatsoever. Much less than we are all able to read online. I'd tell my friends about this. I'm so sorry.

The worst customer service, highly unprofessional organization - This is the most unprofessional organizer l ever experienced. We were picked up by a taxi from the hotel and got dropped off in the middle of nowhere at Venta Andres. The lady called me one day earlier and told us nothing where we will be dropped off, just that we should wait outside for the guide to arrive, which will be a few minutes later. After sitting in the burning sun for over 50 minutes with an eight year old child and after several tries to call their office, where nobody picked up the phone and no response to the WhatsApp sent to their business account, the bus showed up. After expressing my disappointment, how we are treated, the guide showed now understanding or empathy and just gave us the choice to enter or be left in the middle of nowhere. We canceled the trip and got back to the hotel by taxi, as this is not the way I want to be treated after paying 300€ plus additional 60€ for the taxi back to the hotel. Also the customer service is denying all responsibilities and refuses a refund. Also a
