Knowledgeable and Kind Guide - Our tour guy (forgot his name!) was punctual, very knowledgeable, and made our trip to the Alcazar much more meaningful. Walking through on our own would definitely pale in comparison! It was extremely hot that day, and he also took great care to keep us out of the sun as much as possible, which we greatly appreciated!

Great tour - reccommend - Enthusiastic and informative guide Andreas showed us round the Alcazar in a very entertaining and interesting tour! Great guy who knew his stuff. Group was small (c.12) and microphone / personal earpiece system worked flawlessly. Great tour, good value.

Our guide was very... - Our guide was very knowledgable. The small group was the perfect size to navigate the rooms and hear our guide. Not to miss tour if you are in Seville. The palace is unique in its moorish design and breath taking mosaics while the gardens were spectacular with beautiful peacocks roaming the grounds.

Great small group tour - Such a lovely tour guide Carolina who was knowledgable and engaging when taking us around the Alcazar. She made sure to interact with everyone in the group and even gave us some lesser known facts you can't find yourself online.

Do it! - Carolina was the BEST tour guide! This was so worth it! Everything from great stories from the past, history, and tips for the city. I went with my husband and eight year old son and we all enjoyed it. Do it!

An educational tour of an architectural wonder with a great guide - We had a very knowledgeable guide Carolina who educated us on the history of the Alcázar, its many cultural influences, its use by the monarchy (however infrequent), and the architectural styles. She then set us free to enjoy the gardens.

Amazing Alcazat - This was an excellent tour with a very knowledgeable and interactive guide - able to answer all sorts of questions on all sorts of topics. Her information was concise and interesting, delivered with humour. We are very glad to have taken this tour. Being able to stay and explore the gardens and palaces after the tour ended was a bonus.

Improvement needed for tourists to easily find guides & meeting spots - We arrived at our meeting spot early. We saw no Viator flags or staff. We went into the Alcázar Andalusia tour office to confirm we were at the correct spot - they confirmed we were. We never found the group or saw anything indicating Viator. Unfortunately, my cell coverage dropped in the area, so we later saw the guide had attempted to text us. We missed the tour & had to pay to enter the site on our own. I suggest the company does better with very visible signage indicating Viator personnel.
