Bucket List - Just because you're 80 doesn't mean it's too late to check off a bucket list item. Everyone here was patient and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful. Even the rain delay didn't dampen our spirits.

Awesome experience. - Relax and enjoy yourselves. You are in great hands. Our guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. Everyone we encountered were courteous and helpful.

It was so great people was great. It was just awesome scenery. Just I loved it. - Wonderful, wonderful absolutely great. I can’t say enough about it. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody is so awesome. I still still am so so excited that they just the best thing I’ve ever done.

Experiment - My family had amazing experience, the instructor are so friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone who is their first time to go check them out.

Zipping in TN - It was a great experience! Our guides Nathaniel and Ian were great guides and made it memorable for all of us!

Great time adventure - We missed our date, by a day, they were able to get us in the next day with out any issue. Guides were great, made it very entertaining

Beautiful scenery for a reasonable price. - Dawson and Nate were fantastic tour guides! We had a great time. Felt safe the entire time as well. The scenery was beautiful. This is also one of the more reasonably priced zip lines.

Adventure Nature Park - Nathan and Carol were awesome leaders. Their were eight in our group and Nathan and Carol explained all details before they let us zip line. This is the best experience I have had in zip lining. I will definitely be back and will let my friends know about Adventure Park.

Zips with kids - Went as a group of 8. 5 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. They were very accommodating to the kiddos, and they had an amazing first experience! The guides were very friendly and helpful, esp with the kids. The zip lines were fun, but nothing over the top spectacular.

Terrible customer service from management. Good zip lining guides - I am SO DISAPPOINTED with the management at this company. My family went to this adventure park for zip lining and horse back riding. We did the zip lining first - our guides Nathaniel and Carol were awesome. I purchased the whole picture packet for $33.00 including tax for the zip lining, then, one hour later we did the horseback riding and our guide Mathew was great. We went in to purchase the pictures again and decided to purchase the whole package like before; the computer said it was $33.00 including tax (same as before) but when I went to the cashier to pay for it, they told me the pictures had gone up and that they were now $40.00 plus tax. The price change was not posted anywhere and was not reflected on the computer; after a long conversation about the new price not being posted and requesting to pay the price given to me by the computer, I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager - Brooklyn. I asked to speak with the owner or anyone higher than her and after she spoke with someone else, she told me that she was the only person I could speak with because it was the other lady’s day off. When I asked for a number to call to speak with someone else she flat out told me no. She told me that the computer wasn’t updated yet but that I still needed to pay the higher price; when I asked why there wasn’t a sign posted she told me that she didn’t need to have the sign posted because she was telling me the new price verbally and I had to accept that or just not buy the pictures. My family and I love the guides on both the zip lining and the horseback riding, but this experience with Brooklyn made me never want to visit this company again. They changed the price for the pictures within the hour that we had between the two activities, didn’t post any signage, refused to honor the posted price on the computer, and, more importantly, the manager was rude and condescending throughout this entire process and refused to honor the price I just paid an hour ago. As fun as the zip lining and horseback riding were, I don’t recommend going here; I recommend going somewhere with actual customer service and good management. There are a lot of good options in the area and this isn’t one of them.
