PESTO EXPERIENCE: Discover its history and anecdotes about it. With the use of a mortar you will produce your Genoese PESTO which you will taste and take away with you in a special container that will be provided to you.

Nice workshop making pasta! - Had a very nice session with David during the pasta experience. He taught us how to make two kinds of pasta in a fun way that we could then taste ourselves. Highly recommended!

Super nice pasta workshop from Biti! - Super nice pasta workshop from Biti! Cozy and nice young man who gave us the workshop and was nice and enthusiastic while giving the workshop. During the workshop we talked about the Italian cuisine, afterwards we tasted the pasta and took the other pasta home. Highly recommended!

Focaccia and bread have no more secrets! 😍 - We chose the experience of bread and focaccia .. what about? David was great at explaining all the steps of baking and baking even with some tricks to repeat at home. The photos were not missed .. indeed! Throughout the experience he made videos and photos to keep as a souvenir 💯 at the end of the experience we ate the made focaccia! Wonderful! Thanks again David for the wonderful experience!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great pasta cooking class with Davide - A truly wonderful experience with our teacher Davide. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning thinking that pasta making isn’t that difficult, but we learnt lots of little tips ticks. It was also very entertaining with Davide making photos and videos of us when throwing pasta into the air. One of our best experiences during our trip. Highly recommended!

Pesto experience with mortar - Wonderful experience and highly recommended for all those who want to try something new and approach Ligurian cuisine in first person, Biti welcomed us and accompanied us during the preparation process with professionalism and efficiency providing us with different curiosities about the origins and history of this tradition.

Amazing class with David— authentic food and amazing memories - David was the best ever! We had so much fun during our cooking class. Memories for life. Made pesto to start, then 2 pastas, fish dishes and tiramisu. It was the best day ever. Such an amazing memory.
