Gentiles beyond expectations - Excellent transport service. Even after I forgot my glasses in the car between Jericocoara and Lençois, the organization returned them to me the next day through another driver. All the drivers we dealt with were extremely kind and punctual.

Tours and Jeri. - I contacted the airport transfer company Jeri to Jeri Villa and back. In addition to this service, the East, West and Extreme West tours were offered. I hired the services a week before the trip and received the voucher with all the services described and values to be paid on the day of each tour. I didn't have to pay anything in advance. On the day of the trip I was in the boarding area and I get a message from Filipe confirming the flight, schedule and giving us a good trip and warning that you will be waiting for us at the airport. Everything went as combined and during the journey to Villa Filipe was explaining in detail the activities and leaving us at ease as to the definition of the departure and return times of the tours. The tours we decided to do in Buggy. The driver / Guide was Ivan. Excellent person and very attentive. In all the tours left us the will regarding the schedules and always guiding the operation of the places visited. Ivan took care to have the best experiences on each tour always offering alternatives. We took to eat crabs - to coconut milk and water and salt. Large crabs and very well prepared. After each tour Filipe contacted to see if we liked the tour, if everything was in agreement and the schedule for the next tour. On transfer to the airport again Filipe contacted before to confirm schedule. Everything was very well organized and we stayed careless. We definitely recommend the company for transfer and tours. High quality service - We booked with Phil for a 8-day trip in Nordeste. Everything was perfect, drivers were always on time, cars were very comfortable and Phil proposals made this trip very interesting. We got many transportation : 4x4, speed boat, buggy, quad. Service provided by other people or partners, not Phill. - Considering that I hired the company Phill Adventure because of the excellent review on this site, I was not satisfied with the provision of the service, mainly because the transport was carried out by third parties (they say they are part of a cooperative), and I was not advised that the transport will not be carried out by Phill Adventure. I did not feel the safety I expected in this service, especially in the transport back to Fortaleza, the car was with mechanical problem and we went slowly so as not to risk any accident. Due to the mechanical problem, they had to pass to another driver to take to the appointed destination, which made me especially frightened, in view of the fact that this last driver had left the route of travel, being asked to return for several times, and only returned when he told him to stop the car, because it was going badly. After all, I do not indicate the company because mainly the transportation was not provided by the company I hired (Phill Adventure), as well as not being communicated about the possibility of being provided by a third party.
