DMZ Private Tour w VIP and Sunny - We arranged for a private tour to the DMZ and it was perfect! Our guide Sunny was very informative and professional highly recommend requesting her if you have a chance. We visited all of the highlights of the DMZ at our own pace and the upgraded ride to the Benz Sprinter was so comfortable and a very nice surprise. I will recommend VIP to all my friends that visit Korea.

A Memorable Day in Seoul - This was my second private guided tour with Sunny and she was wonderful as always. She was flexible and adapted to our needs as she guided us through Jogyesa Temple, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Ikseondong, Bukchon Hanok Village and Gwangjang Market. She explained the history and meaning behind what we were seeing and answered all of our questions. Also, she’s the best photographer and knows all the yummy places to eat!!! She took us to a vegan place for lunch to accommodate our vegetarian friend. It was our first time having Korean vegan food and it was delicious! She shares all of the information after the tour since you see a lot and may forget and is willing to provide more if needed. She’s very knowledgeable and the sweetest! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn about the history of Korea at your own pace and eat yummy food! Thank you for an amazing day, Sunny! ❤️

Amazing Day with Sunny – Highly Recommend! - Sunny was an absolutely amazing guide! From the start, she listened to our interests and created the perfect balance of must-see sights and local experiences. Her knowledge of the area is impressive, and she truly made our day seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was how thoughtful she was with timing and traffic, making sure we got the most out of our day without feeling rushed. As vegetarians, we really appreciated that she took us to a delicious vegan restaurant for lunch—one of the best meals we had! Along the way, she also pointed out famous local treats that we were excited to try. I also wanted to shop for some clean facial care products, and Sunny guided us to the perfect spots. It was such a well-rounded experience, and we felt like we saw the best of what the area had to offer. If you’re planning a trip here, we highly recommend booking with Sunny. Amazing day in Seoul - Our tour guide, Diane Choi, and driver were top notch and made our first trip to Seoul memorable. We want to thank the both of them for making our time so comfortable, enjoyable and smooth. Traveling with 2 young children is no small feat, especially not knowing the language and being jet lagged while in hot & humid summer weather conditions (compared to dry and mild SF Bay Area California weather), so having the flexibility to create our own itinerary and have the travel agency with Diane curate the experiences for us was a game changer. I truly appreciated their communication, they were responsive to all my inquiries during my planning process. No cranky jet lagged kids waiting in the heat or complaining about museums with lots of adult talk that are above their heads, we are able to control the most precious commodity of our trip, our time. Diane greeted us promptly at our hotel, she was already waiting in the lobby early in the morning and the driver was outside to drive us to our first stop. She helped handpick a hanbok rental that was not crowded and had a large selection of beautiful dresses and accessories. Then we went to Gyeongbokgung Palace in our hanboks and she even helped take lots of family photos for us, which is a rarity, usually mom or dad is the photographer and missing in the photos. She showed us the best spots with shade to view the Royal changing Guard Ceremony. Then she took us to the National Folk Museum. My older daughter needed a break, and was not interested in the museum, so we hung out at the cafe enjoying cold drinks and ice cream while Diane took my younger daughter and her dad who were interested to the museum. Diane truly bonded with our family, so gracious and accommodating. As we left the museum, the air conditioned minivan was waiting for us, so we did not have to wait in the heat. Then we stopped by Bukchon Hanok Village and Jogyesa Temple. If it wasn’t for Diane and our driver transporting us in AC car in the humid heat, I don’t think my kids would have survived 4 hours in their hanboks. Then Diane took us to lunch at the Noryangjin Fish Market, she helped us select the live seafood from the tanks at a seafood stall and helped us select a restaurant to cook and prepare the the seafood from the seafood stall we bought. It was one of the freshest and yummiest sashimi and seafood meals we had. Lastly, we went to Namsan Tower (Cable Car). She helped us with the tickets and lines. My daughters had the best time because of Diane’s standout hospitality. I typically don’t write reviews, but wanted to make sure we thanked Diane and the team at VIP travel for their professionalism, outstanding communication and providing us one of the best tour experiences. Our family is so grateful we requested Diane when we booked this experience. She did not disappoint, if we could give her more than 5 stars for an A+ performance, we definitely would.

Sunny in Seoul - We spent a bright, sunny day in Seoul with Hye-Jeong, our guide and Andy, our driver. Our cheerful and accommodating guide, Hye-Jeong was waiting for us in our hotel lobby before we joined Andy in a comfortable air-conditioned van and headed to Namsan Tower. Throughout the day Hye-jeong with patient and considerate explaining so many details along the way about Korean culture, history, and even current events. We had a great lunch and stone pot rice and saw the changing of the guard at the palace. She took so many pictures and even video of us along the way to help us capture our memories. I wish I had another tour with her, but with a short stay in Seoul, we will have to come back again!!! Big thanks to Andy too for navigating heavy traffic and lots of protesters around the city. It was a really nice option to have a driver, especially on a very hot day.

Fun with Sunny! - Sunny was very knowledgeable and super fun to spend the day with. We weren’t completely sure how to spend the day, but gave her a few ideas and she put together a fantastic schedule.

Great way to experience soul with Diane. - Diane is very sweet and stylish! She packed our day with some sightseeing, history, shopping, and local food. She took some amazing photos of us. I really appreciated how personal she is, and polite. It was a hot day, and she made sure we were comfortable and shaded. Definitely book with Diane if you want a blend of experiences in Seoul. Not to mention, she was very quick to respond when I asked her for recommendations the following days.
