Extensive and informative tour - Bjarni was an excellent guide hitting all the high spots and more. Waterfalls, geysers, craters, original parliament, merging of the European and North American plates, tomato hothouse. Bjarni provided background and added value. He gave us suggestions and options.

Awesome Day with a Great Guide - Absolutely great day! We were able to visit all the main sites of the Golden Triangle. Our guide somehow managed to time each visit to avoid big bus crowds. We even saw a few extra stops. Guide had wonderful knowledge about everything and was extremely interesting. Especially loved hearing about some of the bizarre Icelandic fairy tales. His English was excellent
and he had a microphone so everyone could hear him while he kept his eyes on the road. Awesome day with a great guide.

Great way to view Iceland and get to know the people - Beautiful experience. Our guide went above and beyond to make the trip as pleasant as possible. He took the time to add some extra stops and told amazing stories along the way, ensuring we got to see everything while getting a nice background of Iceland and its people. Simply a must do!

Stunning views - We got sunning views of the waterfall and it's well worth the visit. Knowledgeable local guide. The waterfall is quite busy most of the time, but you can still quite easily get good views. The weather can be brutal depending on when you go.
The geysers are hit and miss. Sometimes nature doesn't perform. Still really worth going.

Excellent tour - This is an outstanding tour. We were in awe of all the beautiful scenery. From the magnificent grandeur of the Gullfoss falls, to the visually stunning Kerid Crater, the serene beauty of the Faxi waterfall, the highly active Geysir, to the remarkable volcanic landscape of gorges, waterfalls, and lakes of Thingvellir National Park. The experience was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. Bjarni, our guide, was knowledgeable, personable, and easy going. We learned a lot about Icelandic history and their folklore. Bjarni also shared with us many of his experiences growing up in Iceland. We highly recommend this tour.

An awesome day on the Golden Circle Drive. - We enjoyed the private tour very much. Pjarni was a great guide. We enjoyed the three waterfalls most of all. Also, we made a pit stop at the Frioheimar Tomato Farm Greenhouses. Very interesting. The Kerio Crater with its Red cliffs and blue pool was very pretty as well. We had lunch at the Efstidalur Farmhouse Restaurant. Good food and homemade ice cream. We treated our guide to lunch. Our guide took the drive counterclockwise instead of the usual clockwise, so we avoided most of the crowds and tour buses. It was a day well spent.

Great on-day tour of Golden Circle - All of the stops (Gieser's, 2 waterfalls, crater, national park) and the private driver/guide were more than we expected. Great value for the money.

Excellent private tour experience. - A great way to see some of the highlights of Iceland near Reykjavik. Our guide, Bjarni, was wonderful. While more expensive than a group tour, having the private guide made things very enjoyable since we could fashion the trip and time spent at each location to our own needs/desires...including things like toilet breaks. Highly recommend this tour.

A excellent guide for Iceland. - Bjarni is an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you see the best of the Golden Circle. He told us history of the areas we visited and gave us time to enjoy them. We highly recommend him to anyone touring Iceland. We will recommend him to family and friends.
