Great day seeing big... - Great day seeing big highlights on the Golden Circle with a knowledgeable guide. Easy, convenient pick-up at bus stop near our hotel in the city center. The main stops were well organized. We also had a few extra short stops for food treats and/or photo opps. The natural hot spring soak was so relaxing and made this one different from other GC tours. This day tour was a highlight of our time around Reykjavik!

I would recommend this tour! - This tour did not disappoint, we had enough time to visit all of the sights, as there was 9 of us on this tour we made good time, no stragglers and were able to get 2 hours at secret lagoon. It wasn’t crowded and was a good experience.

A Golden Delight - A brilliant tour today with Justinas as our driver/guide. The day was well planned and we had plenty of time at all the locations (National Park, geysers, the amazing waterfall at Gullfoss and to end the day with a leisurely bathe in The Secret Lagoon) Justin was really great. Very informative, friendly and funny. Would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing experience - We did this tour as part of the 3 Day - Iceland Bucket List Tour. There was only five people in the bus so we had plenty of time in all the stops to take pictures. It was a great experience to see the tectonic plates in Þingvellir, the geysers and the Gullfoss waterfall! The secret lagoon was a good way to relax in the afternoon as it was not crowded. However, the water was very hot so if you're sensitive to temperature be careful and take breaks outside or in the cold plunge pool as needed. Our guide (Guna I think) was amazing, very nice and informative. She explained everything very well and gave us tips about hidden gems, and even advice on where to try to see the Northern Lights from Reykjavík.

Best day ever - Our tour guide, Elisa, was the best tour guide ever. She was full of surprises! She took us around to all of the stops with a great attitude, awesome humor, and tons of information. We had n terrible luck with weather and got to see so much on this tour. The secret lagoon was the perfect ending!

I'll start with the "not... - I'll start with the "not so good" info first. This "small group" tour means "up to 19" folks in the group and that is what we had ... and it was so tight and hot. Granted it was a sunny August day and I don't think the vans have A/C so be prepared. Also, the pick-up & drop-off routine is not good. Our tour instructions said to be at our designated pick-up spot at 8:00 am and be prepared to wait 30 minutes which is reasonable and understandable BUT we ended up waiting until 8:45 am (with no communication from operator) and then had to spend another 40 minutes picking up other passengers. We were a group of 7 out of the total 19 and there were at least 8 different stops to pick up one or two folks at each stop. At the end of the tour, it was the same but in reverse. We returned to the city around 5:00 pm and the drop-off route took almost an hour. That's it for concerns because the DAY and TOUR itself was amazing. Our driver was so patient and spoke excellent English. He was knowledgeable and truly made the tour a day to remember. Despite leaving Reykjavic an hour+ late, he gave us plenty of time at the stops and we never felt too rushed. Our final stop at the hot springs was the highlight. A whole hour to rest, soak and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Yes, a great tour EXCEPT the company needs to address the group size in the van and the pick-up/drop-off routine.

Shame on the tour company - No matter how amazing the sites will be - we are on a bus with a speaker system that is so bad it’s all static. Hard to understand our guide and it’s definitely encouraging a headache. Also, the cold air blowing in is cannot be averted. I would really like to understand what our guide is saying through the static. We’ve only been on the bus for 40 minutes and I’m Looking for a way to get out of the rest of the time on this bus. I’m sure if it were a fully operational bus the ordeal might actually be a pleasant experience.
