Puffer fish and sting rays - Fantastic day! The guys on the boat had my husband and I laughing all day. I did scuba whilst my husband snorkelled, I paid extra for extra time scuba diving. We got some fantastic memories of the day. Lunch was good. Well worth the money. Thanks guys fora great day.

Really good experience and amazing - The hotel is the best and the best forever ever the animation team is the best each one of them and the staff was amazing food is beautiful but the thing that make me upset that the sea 🌊 have red most of the day

Mandatory to do - Fantastic hike. It starts from the port to arrive at two points for snorkelling and diving. The boys are kind competent nice and polite. Then continue to the white island. Paradise on the sea. Good food.

White island - Beautiful viewpoints... organized and reliable staff for diving and snorkeling the staff tries to help the best

Not glasses friendly - To start the boat was amazing the staff were always happy and bouncy although they smoked alot . (The snorkel shop was poor and tried to get us to pay 30 euros for a sborkel because my chold has goasses) My daughter struggled to snorkel because of her glasses however she saw the coral reefs wich were amazing ! The next stop white island was beautiful but very short then we had no ladder to get back on thw speedboat so we had to flop on and people got hurt . Lunch The lunch was not very good with limited opportunity and flavour but I get it we were on a boat what do you expect. The next dive was a free dive so you could swim out / my daughter stayed on the boat with a few others but I went in and there was a variety of sea life Overall Its was a nice experience but food was poor and it's not glasses friendly

Avoid. Trust me. - Good: the sea, the sun, the fish. Bad: Pickup driver speeding, and very rude because we did not 'tip him nore' money. Booking was made for 2 diving experiences and snorkelling, but diving team kept us waiting at the first diving point, and refused to let us snorkel - only to then tell us they ran out of time and we would dive ONCE at the second diving point. We requested snorkelling equipment, as booking says it is included, only to be asked for "5 euro each" to borrow the equipment, because we declined to pay we were not allowed to snorkel. Trip to White Island was very short, and we were told we had to swim from the boat to shore - as my husband is not a strong swimmer, we were told he could hire a life jacket at, you guessed it: 5 euro. Photographers were very pushy for us to buy the photos, and very expensive based on quality. Boat and food is not luxury - that in itself is severely missleading. We flagged up our issues with Viator, who them sent them to Egyptra, who then sent them to Crazy Shark diving, who then sent them to the diving team leader, who then proceeeded to gaslight me for 30 minutes that our information was wrong, and 2 diving sessions meant ONE DIVE PER PERSON, and not one each in each diving spot - it was only after I showed him the viator website multiple times and proved that you could book 2 diving sessions for one adult that he proceeded to offer us " partial refund in egp" or "free diving photographs" and a "private taxi transfer to our hotel". We took the photos because they costed 50 euro each. After we flagged up our issues with the agent, and the team leader spoke to us about our complaint, every single member of the diving team proceeded to ignore us and treat us with severe animosity and anger - would not offer any help with anything, and would engage with every other guest except us. Booking said it is 25 people maximum - there were a minimum of 40 guests on that boat, not including the crew: I counted them. Taxi driver back to the hotel refused to drop us off outside hotel entrance, and left us at the hotel gates - which means we had to walk back to our hotel. Agent messaged us after to confirm the solutions to iur issues, only to say that the diving team said that we were the ones who refused the initial first dive, and tried to blame us - so basically calling us liars. Fun. In conclusion: avoid. Avoid like the plague. Avoid booking these trips (a guest on the boat told us that all the boat tours are the same) and avoid anything linked to Egyptra and Crazy Shark Diving. This trip was made memorable for all the wrong reasons.
