Stunning views! So green... - Stunning views! So green and the air was so fresh! Hike was pretty strenuous. Tour guide very pleasant and took nice pictures!

Amazing!! Very refreshing! - Our tour guide Johnny was very accommodating. The twin peaks was absolutely picturesque and the trail along Snoqualmie river was beautiful and we could wade in the clear waters.

Worth it - This experience is 100% worth it. Snoqualmie Falls is beautiful! I would say the hike was a little challenging but definitely doable, coming from someone from flat lands.
Great workout! The views along the way to the falls were amazing.

Rewarding Time in Nature - We had a wonderful day visiting Snoqualmie Falls and hiking to Twin Falls. Jonny was an experienced and knowledgable tour guide and made sure we had a great visit. We were a little worried about the hike with our two kids, who are 6 and 8, but it was totally doable. We even saw younger kids on the trail. The path is well taken care of, there is a 1000 foot elevation gain but worth it for the beautiful views in the end. After all of our hard work on a pretty warm day, there was even a little time to take a dip in the water and cool off. Thank you Jonny for a memorable experience.

Bad customer service - The parking lot which was recommended by this company had a broken credit card machine, which the tour guide knew about. He was not able to suggest alternate parking. By the time I found parking and returned to the meeting place in less than 10 minutes, the tour guide did not come back to pick me up. The company refused to reimburse me even though I made every effort to join the hike.
