Quirky and historic. - We visited the Smiths tower on a beautiful sunny day and the views were amazing. It’s got a real 1920’s vibe going on from the storytelling to the elevator and finally the cocktails at the bar at the top of the building. The staff were great and knew their stuff. Overall a fun way to see Seattle.

Spectacular weekday visit - My wife and I came to see the Smith Tower on a Monday to celebrate with a drink and lunch. The food was excellent and portion sizes were perfect, pleasantly surprising for ‘shareable’ bar food versus a full lunch menu. The drinks were very well done and recommendation for the favorite of the old fashioned was spot on. The views were of course both beautiful and informative. We appreciated the self guided tour and would definitely take or recommend others to visit. The Groupon pricing for ticket did help and although overall drinks and lunch were expensive they are on par with the area in that regard. We can’t believe we had never been to visit as locals.

Vintage Seattle - Absolutely lovely views of sunset from the Observatory Bar. Neat museum to wander through first. The elevators are stunning. Excellent cocktails and food. If you love vintage, you will love this!

Smith Tower Tour guided by Richard - Richard led a great tour exploring the history and architecture, and lore, of the Smith Tower. We did this right after the underground tour, and the two tied together. Highly recommend doing the underground followed by the Smith Tower tour, it give a cool perspecitve on a lot of the history of Seattle, evolution of architecture and infrastructure, and the people who were part of it.

Smith A+ Viator F - We paid $22 for a ticket that was offered for $10 at the booth. Buy local. Smith Tower was great though.

Great view, indifferent service - It's a little pricey for an elevator ride up. The small exhibits on the ground floors are imaginatively set up and not overwhelming - give a glimpse of Seattle during Prohibition. The view from the observation deck that goes all around the top floor is great - the walkway is covered from the rain, but open all around so that it can be chilly. The restaurant is over-priced. Our server would not help my daughter find a mock-tail and did not put in our food order, so it never came. The other server was enthusiastic and took multiple pictures of my daughter and I.

View only. No service. - Terrible service. Staff was ill prepared and non-engaged. The hostess was the only employee who had people skills. Go for the view. Skip the bar. Seriously. We ended chatting amongst our area about how unbelievable the poor service was. Extremely disappointed.
