Great tour guide - We did the 3 hour guided tour. Our guide was very interesting and knew a LOT of history about the city. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed it!

Amazing combo tour! - We had a full day to spend in Seattle after disembarking our cruise and catching our flight home. We selected the 3-hour tour and hop on/off combo and were really happy with the experience. The hop on/off is about an 80 minute loop that stops just about anywhere you'd want to visit. We grabbed coffee at Pike Place then caught the bus there. (Stat focused and be prepared to duck to avoid tree branches if you sit up top!) We then took the 2:00 tour and it was better than we'd expected! Our guide was knowledgeable and some of the stops were unexpected and really fun. So much to see beyond what the hop on/off bus visits.

Seattle, A Wonderful Destination - Seattle is a wonderful destination. We made the best of it in the three days we spent in there. We played in the snow at Mt. Rainier. We visited the Aquarium (it’s small and doesn’t compare to the Monterey Bay Aquarium) so if that’s what you’re expecting, it’ll be disappointing. We went to a Mariner’s Baseball game. It was very exciting, they won in a 9th inning grand slam walk off. Visited Kerry Park, the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden & Glass, Fremont Troll, rode the Seattle Center Monorail, visited Pike’s Place and the yucky gum wall.

Worst bus experience ever!! - Seattle is beautiful, but you’re better off taking Uber or a Taxi (which we ended up doing to get to airport on time). The bus was a waste of time and money! We waited about 30 minutes for bus and the route it took was very congested and slow. Then found out the Tram you take to airport takes about 1 hour (20 minutes by taxi) and that’s if you can get to the stop where you catch it.

Hop on hop off no show! - We purchased our tickets at the ticket booth near pier 54. We expected there would be buses every 15 - 30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour we went back to the place of pur have and asked for a refund, which was steadfastly refused and we were told to contact the company. Being a Saturday no one answered the phone. So we never got to use the service that we paid for.

Don't expect to get on and off and visit more than 2 attractions - The hop on hop off route was verbally noted on the bus to take 1 1/2 hours, which was virtually impossible. We intended to do the route starting at 10 am. to get a general view of Seattle and then pick a stop to have lunch. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete the route and another 1/2 hour to get to Pike Place. Had lunch, went to pickup stop, and waited an hour for a bus, which was overcrowded, gave up on seeing other attactions and took another 1 1/2 to return to our starting point. Better off to pick places you want to go and Uber around town.

Terrible, no correspondence at all amd money owed! - I booked in Oct 14th this yesr not knowing that the last day fornthe yesr was the 13th October! Thankfully i have receipts of what i paid and when i paid for which is in April 2025! The website says you can cancel anytime up to 24-48hrs for a full refund and ive been trying since oct to get my refund back a good 6 months before partaking in a tour! I have trued numerous times to contact them via e-mail to no avail even though they still send me e mails not regarding my enquires but to sell more products to purchase! I have sent receipts, account numbers all to no avail! They have my wise account as thats how i puchased the tickets! I really do hope they see this review and fully reinstate my funds as they are part of my 50th celebration funds!

Bad deal - Very disappointing. We usually always use hop on hop off busses when we travel. This one was horrible. Only two buses operated all day for the whole route. Had to wait long time. Also there were many e scooters blocking the aisle which made if almost impossible to get on and off the bus. We ended up walking too many of the sites. Not worth the money we paid.
