Meeting Point: Customers can join the bus tour at any of the stops along the route. Stop 1 is 398 Broad Street, on Broad Street by the Space Needle Loop at the intersection of Broad and John, across from McDonald’s at KOMO Plaza

Due to road closures, Stop 18 will relocate every Saturday from 6th June to 31st October. On those days, Stop 18 will be located in front of the Via 6 building, at the west corner of 6th & Lenora (right side of the street)
FIFA Match Day changes: Due to street closures near Lumen Field, Stops 6 - 9 will be unavailable on 15th, 19th, 24th & 26th June, and 1st & 6th July. Buses will operate directly from Stop 5 to Stop 10 on these dates

Hop on Hop off ( sort of ) - Hmmm….. could have been a really good idea. I like to do this sort of tour at the beginning of my visit to get the lay of the land. And for that it was okay. I was able to see many must see sites and organize my itinerary according to what interests me and plan of action. BUT…. There was only one bus, the driver was inexperienced, The route seemed improvised as he went along, the recorded tour guide was never in sync with what we were seeing and the driver was sporadic in speeding up and breaking hard causing me to slide around allot in my plastic seat. If I hadn’t had a nap to figure out where we were I would have missed a lot of what I was looking at. It was a “memorable” ride. Since there was only one bus I didn’t hop on/off much. The entire loop takes about an hour and the bus was far between stops. A lot of the stops were not well marked or no marked at all. The driver didn’t always stop at expected stops. AGAIN… I did get a good lay of the land and I went around twice to be sure I didn’t miss anything. From then on I took the light rail and monorail and trolly and visited areas of interest for a LOT less money. $3-6 only.

I’d Pass on This One! - This was a pretty junky bus and sub par tour in comparison to other Hop On Hop Off tours we have enjoyed in several major cities. The 2 level tour bus was dirty and the seats were uncomfortable. The sound system was broken in several of our buses and we did not get the tour narration as we traveled around the city. This made it difficult to know when the stops were approaching, additionally there wasn’t time to come down the steps from the upper level seating to the main level to get off the bus before it began to move again. This hop on hop off tour was not worth the cost of the activity. I do not recommend.

Not worth it in Seattle - There is a website for tracking the bus, don’t count on it being reliable. Seats are uncomfortable. Stops aren’t marked well.

Booo - Took way too long to move - only two buses running. This is like the 4th HOHO we have tried with City and will be the last. Nice idea but incompetent

Terrible experience!! - We were directed to pick up the bus at the wrong location which was very frustrating since my husband has difficulty walking!!! When we finally found the bus pickup location the bus was PACKED. The aisles were full and it was a very difficult ride so we couldn’t appreciate the sites. Total waste of time and money.

Dreadful and liars - Turned up the morning of our first day, to find a sign saying 'unfortunately we are unable to operate today' Emailed company automated response finally received a reply apologising. Following day arrived 30 minutes before tour and same message. Returned to our hotel and emailed again Told service was running. Returned to the stop, sign had been removed and staff member said they had one bus running but we had to wait over an hour as it took 1.5 hours to make the circuit. Emailed company to claim refund, who refused saying the service operated as normal

Horrible experience - waste of money - Absolutely horrible! Would not recommend. Buses broke down - speakers didn't work at all on 1 of the buses. Next day saw people in line wanted to tell them...Do not go!!!

Seattle bus rip off. - Absolutely disgusted this morning as each city I visit I always use this service. To start with the price was through the roof then only two buses in the fleet and both ready for the scrap yard top deck no protection from the weather and viewing on the front top deck non existent seats cracked and torn . Then broadcast came only in English too bad for tourists. I was so disappointed as although I’d been planing on going around twice to see the full course I couldn’t get off fast enough. A rip off so no lasting memory there of this trip. I should have checked the reviews infact I thought it strange my hotel had no brochures and that was another only gave you stop numbers no map so didn’t know where we’d travelled. My advice give it a big miss as was a huge con.

Disappointed experience - First off, it was hard to find the signs for the stops. We ended up asking a local shop owner. His words “it’s confusing”. We were informed by the sales rep by the stop that they only had 2 buses running that day. Buses will arrive every 45 minutes. ALSO they stop running at 4 pm. They only ran 10am to 4pm that day. We took the ride full circuit. Nice route but the on board narrated speakers didn’t work. Could hardly hear them. Very disappointed in our experience.
