Must-try Experience! - My fiancé and I were in Seattle for a comedy show and decided to try this tour out during the day to keep busy, and he LOVES seafood! It was our first time seeing Pike Place Market and the surrounding area. Carolyn was very fun and friendly, and so knowledgeable on the history of the area. We learned a lot of interesting and surprising facts throughout the day, more history than I had expected with this tour which was certainly a good bonus! As for the food, everything was phenomenal! It was really fun to taste and try all of the different options, most of it were things that we normally wouldn't have thought twice about stopping at. The chowder was the best chowder we have ever had in our life, no exaggeration. I loved the smoked salmon too, and it was so fun trying to oyster shooters with the other oyster shooter newbies in the group! The amount of food was also a lot more than we initially thought. Portions seemed a little small at first starting with the ceviche and tortilla chip, but I left feeling full and satisfied! Fiancé was hungry afterwards but thought it was a great bunch of snacks and appetizers on the way. We had somewhere to be right after the tour unfortunately, but Carolyn recommended so many other great spots along the way that I wish we had time to try out. We will definitely remember everything that she showed us and visit the extra stops next time. Absolutely a memorable experience and we are so thankful we tried this!

She was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly well-loved by all the vendors, which made the tour feel like being part of a close-knit community. I loved tasting seafood at all the different spots, and Carolyn even convinced me to throw a fish at Pike Place Market—something I never thought I’d do! Her passion and expertise made the entire tour both fun and educational. Highly recommend!

Great experience and very well taken care of. - It was my first time to Seattle and I knew the market was big so we opted for a guided seafood tour to make sure our time was optimized by all of the good places. Carolyn was a very charismatic guide that gave us awesome history lessons as well as delicious bites. She was well liked by all of the market members, and all stalls that we went to were very happy to see her. That made the experience that much more valuable knowing she has a great rapport with the people she took us to. I would suggest this seafood tour and many of the other tours she provides to friends and family.

Fresh delicious seafood and fun - Chef Carolyn was amazing! I have been to pike Place Market a few times and on another tour and I still learned new things and tried out the best seafood the market has to offer! I was lucky to have a personal tour and I would go on it again because it was so much fun.
