Top notch experience - Great experience. It was our first time kayaking and we had our nine year old with us. All of the necessary equipment was provided to make it a safe and comfortable tour. Great information about the history of the area. Would recommend this to anyone regardless of experience.

So fun!!! - We went with our family and had a blast! Blaine was amazing. I am not athletic, but he made the trip so fun and easy. We were able to watch the sunset at the perfect time. He knew so much knowledge and I have learned so much about marine life, Seattle, etc. So fun!

So FUN! Totally nerded out - Booked the Ballard Locks Tour for myself and two civil engineer friends who were visiting from out of town. We all LOVED the tour. We saw wildlife and learned about the sound and infrastructure of the area. We were able to enter the lock twice. It was very, very cool. Lindsay was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. I would totally recommend this!

Great way to get out on the water - This is a great kayak tour! It’s pretty gentle overall and beginners will have no problem. Getting to see the seals up close and in their natural environment was a highlight of our entire trip. Lindsay is a wonderful guide!

Relaxing, informative, and great sights! - Relaxing, informative, and great sights! This was a tour of the Sound, and it was so enjoyable. The guide shared great information about the Sound, the area, and especially the bridges. He took us under the bridge, told stories, and really gave such a great overall understanding of the Sound and the area. Our favorite part was seeing the seals!

Worth it! - There’s was clear signage and direction to finding the start point. Our guide was great in providing history and also at finding the harbour seals that were popping up around the rocks were a great surprise! It’s a tandem kayaking experience which does make it entertaining in its own way !

Exceptional, personable, knowledgeable service - Everything about our kayaking experience was stellar. We arrived a bit early and our kayaks were all set to go. We were told where to find the public restrooms - which was helpful seeing as we were headed out after lunch for two hours. Cat was our tour guide and she was exceptional. She went through the instructions thoroughly but concisely and we were out on the water right away. We happened to be the only two kayaks heading out (other reservations were moved that day to other time slots per the requests of those kayakers). It was a gorgeous day and Cat gave us tons of interesting facts about the area. She also kept us going at an appropriate pace. We really enjoyed our outing in the Puget Sound. Very highly recommend doing it!!

Disappointed in Seattle. - I was very excited for this tour. However, I received a call about an hour before the start time telling me it was cancelled because I was the only one who signed up. That didn't give me enough time to find another activity and I had already paid. Super disappointed and have not received a refund.
