Great Service - The driver came in the lobby to get us. The service was wonderful and took the pressure of getting to our cruise off our shoulders at a reasonable price.

Overbooked - Too many people were booked for the transfer resulting in confusion. When a time is required on the reservation, I expected the number of tickets sold not be more than the number of seats available.

Not as smooth as expected - The coordinator was not in the airport when we arrived. We got a notification to wait outside. Yet, we waited for thirty mins and we had to call to receive updates. Finally , they merged the shuttle for pier 66 and 91 together and drove us to the terminal. We arrived there but bit of hazzle and anxiety. Could hv been better.

Cheap But Disorganized - On the way to pier 66 the driver took all our luggage off at pier 91 and thought that is where we were going, even though on our reservation we had clearly listed our pier was 66. He had to return back to 66. On our return from our cruise they didn't have a large enough bus to take all the guests on one bus. There was a long delay waiting for us to get a shuttle bus for our return to the airport. I am glad we had plenty of time before our flight departed.

Late and unprofessional service - Booker with Hotel months before and confirmed via email weeks before pickup time. Tickets were issued for the correct time but no bus showed! I called the company 6 times, no joy. The first time I was told the bus was 6 min away, it wasnt. Another driver stopped at our hotel, I spoke to him and was adz that he didn't see my reservation in the system. Called the company again and again no answer. The bus finally showed up 35 min late. We stopped at a few other hotels along our way and everyone else (4 pax + my party of 2), complained that the service was over 1 hr late, and no one had provided them with an update. The van itself was old- stains and cloth on the seats were torn. I called the company back twice since my transfer to speak with the manager but no one has returned my call, and guessing no one will. SKIP THIS AND FIND ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT.

We did not get this... - We did not get this experience. The tide never arrived to pick us up. We were there at 11:30 as requested. We were informed to return 11:45. Then we were told it would be another 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, we were informed the ride was 15 minutes away but they were unable to see the ride moving and no one was answering their phone. So now our ride is over an hour late and there was no word on when it would arrive. We needed to be there by 1pm and it was 45 minutes away. When I asked if I should seek other transportation, the Seattle Express worker said yes and to ask for a refund. I had to pay extra to get to my destination. I called and spoke to Alex requesting a refund. I sm still waiting on status of refund.

Dissppointed - Just some advice, you should have mentioned that we needed to check in with SEATTLE EXPRESS, not Viator who we booked with. Found the kiosk but VIATOR was not on the sign and the people working the kiosk didn't know the Viator name! Had to call the number on my email and it was answered by Seattle Express, even more confusing! Completely disappointed in this experience.

Bad bus service - The picture shows a small bus. It was a very very big bus that kept stopping at hotels to pick people up. The check-in was very hard to find. When we called for help the woman on the phone was so rude. The driver took us the long way to the port and it took forever to get there

Still Waiting - Well so far I have been waiting for 95 minutes for my shuttle and it still hasn't arrived. The people at the booth have been nice but that doesn't get me where I need to be. I'm about to call a cab because this is RIDICULOUS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bad experience - Poor communication, instructions for pick-up. First bus couldn’t wait 2 minutes, had to wait 50 minutes for the next Van. About 15 minutes into the drive, the van died in the middle of the street. We had to wait for another van, then transfer in heavy traffic. I was terrified that we would be hit from behind as cars were flying by. Horrible experience.
