Castle - Great guide however ticket said we were getting horse carriage ride to castle but we did not. Request refund or credit Guide adjusted our tour to weather

The Best of the Best - We had an amazing experience with our driver, Spendi. He was knowledgable and personable. I have an old knee injury that could have made this trip very difficult but Spendi always took breaks when I needed and never made me feel rushed. I learned so much on this trip. My husband and I were able to connect with another member of the team who helped us create a custom overnight trip in Prague. I cannot wait to work with this company again on my next trip to Europe. There is no need to shop around. Truly the best company we worked with.

Wonderful day trip to castle. - Wonderful experience. Great to be able to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Super easy to get to the castle via shuttle after getting to the destination. Tour guide Shpendi was great got us there safely and was great with stories and history of our stopping points.

5 of 5 ⭐️ trip to Neuschwanstein Castle - A pleasant tour and drive with David! Loved the local knowledge imparted and conversation. Got some great insight about what we were seeing and where we were, that we would have missed without a guide. David handled all the logistics wonderfully and we were smooth sailing the whole way! Was a great day trip from Munich and the flexibility was nice.

In the span of a day, our guide, Tom, was easygoing and flexible. With the heart of a teacher and the humor of a good travel companion, he made landmarks, and hidden gems come alive. Logistics were seamless, the pace was just right, and every question opened the door to an engaging conversation. It felt less like a tour and more like traveling with a local friend who truly loves their home. Highly recommended.

We have a wonderful day... - We had a wonderful day with our guide “the Bavarian Professor”. The information was well delivered and pitched at the right level For both adults and the children in our group. We were given good suggestions and the time allowed was just right for our needs. The transport was clean and tidy. The information on the tour description was correct. Communication pre and post tour was great. The tour is very expensive but this did include tickets and door to door personal experience.

Best tour guide ever - Spende, our guide, was very knowledgeable and he joked around with my family which I enjoyed. After the Neuschwanstein castle, he took us to Plansee lake in Austria and after we went to an old germantown called Oberammergauer which was known for its cuckoo clocks and ornaments. There we had an awesome lunch followed by some yummy ice cream. The local ice cream shop owner knew him well and we could tell he was well liked. Our final destination was the Ettal monastery where we stopped for some cheese which was delicious and is made by the monks living there. The conversation with him went very smoothly. He was very personable and even went out of his way to find a souvenir shop where my daughter could buy her boyfriend a t-shirt. When our family was getting tired and ready to go to the next stop, he reminded us what stores and items we may be missing. We ended up finding a cute ornanent for our Christmas tree along with a special token for our daughter. Spende A++(Love the new hat ;)

Great day with Lucas - Wow wow wow Lucas was amazing and Day with him was just absolute blast. He knows also the things you can’t find in Google. The day was pleasant from the start to the end. Definitely worth it. Except the great overview of the history we get, We had really enjoyed every moment. He is great example of how smooth tour to unknown place should works! You know exactly what will come, where You go, where to shopping, what is the time plan, where is the bathroom plus all the suggestions to have good food and many more hints that were useful later on following trips around Europe! If You get Lucas please be ready for awesome Day!

Stunning Day at Disney’s castle❤️ - What for the great time we had! Thank You again. The guide was prompt, accurate and provide our group great comfort for our Day. Time flies fast when things clicks. We had dive into a history of this stunning and famous place due to a great knowledge of our guide too. If Ever again plan some prive tour then I would not hesitate to pick ATB again. Great job!

Magical day - The door to door service was amazing. I also really liked the guaranteed entrance to the castle (I didn’t have time to plan and worry). Our driver was so knowledgeable and friendly. I instantly felt safe and in good hands. It was me and my 11 year old daughter and I didn’t even blink an eye. I personally appreciated his good driving. Of course he spoke just about perfect English which was very helpful. We had one day to spend as tourist and this was the perfect day for us. As an added bonus he even paid attention to my daughter’s musical taste and played her favorites on our way back to Munich. Thanks for a magical day🇩🇪🏔️🏰
