As soon as we arrived, he guided us through the best SIM card options based on our travel needs. The activation process was smooth, fast, and everything was ready before we even left the counter. He explained the data limits, call features, and coverage clearly. Jimmy was friendly, honest, and didn't try to oversell anything — which we really appreciated as first-time travelers in Vietnam. The internet speed and coverage on the SIM he provided have been great throughout our journey. If you're landing in Hanoi and need a reliable SIM card, Jimmy is the guy to go to! Highly recommended.

Excellent & convenient Airport service! - The counter is easy to spot — just look up when you enter the arrival hall! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They helped me exchange currency and install my SIM card in no time. The exchange rate was quite reasonable, nearly the same as in the city.I recommend exchanging a small amount at the airport for immediate use, then doing the rest in town if needed. But if you're not exchanging much, doing it here is quick and convenient.They even helped me book a 7-seater car at a price cheaper than Grab. Truly convenient and thoughtful service — highly recommended!

Fast & reliable Data - The staff at the counter were incredibly helpful — they set up the SIM card right away and even installed it for me. Easy find, fast SIM! - The counter was easy to find, thanks to the clear directions provided. The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and took care of the entire SIM card setup quickly and efficiently. The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout our trip. Good service - Viefone is not so easy to locate. After collecting your luggage, turn left. At the corner, there's one that says Klook. Next to it is Viefone. The staff are helpful. I just got the sim. It's cheaper to buy via Agoda or Klook as it's triple the price if you buy the sim at the airport. I didn't get to take pictures as my daughter and I went out immediately. Viettel has good coverage and is reliable in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

A sham and a shame! - I'd purchased a 30-day eSIM for my daughter on Sep26th. Yesterday, 16 days later she got a message that her two-week period had ended and the eSIM just died. Today we went to the Viettel shop in Saigon, and they said that indeed it's a 2-week period and since we bought it through a third party they can't do anything about it. I lost precious time and commuting money to no avail.
