Great museum - This establishment is curated and hosted by someone who is obviously passionate about connecting visitors with those who served during times of war. This includes his own loved ones. If you are interested in history you will also love this museum. It is a must. If you are disabled there are many areas you can stop amd rest while going through the collection.

Wonderful museum! - Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and collector, Gerry. He is a true local historian and has an incredible wealth of information. The museum boasts hundreds(possibly thousands) of unique and very rare rifles, clippings, photos, handwritten letters from soldiers, all types of weapons, uniforms(look out for Bob Hope’s), helmets, notebooks, artifacts, jewelry, clothing.. just to name a few. He even has a genuine war plane! Many of the items are also from his own family’s ancestry. They have a “scavenger hunt” for kids(or adults) that both of my older two sons enjoyed a lot. Overall, this place is a must see if you’re in the area. You’ll learn a little something and get to see historical items you likely won’t see anywhere else in the world.

Utterly incredible collection of military memorabilia - If you are any kind of a history or military enthusiast or veteran, I implore you to stop here and talk to Gary. He has been cultivating this collection since age 10 and has stunning pieces of all kinds from nearly every conflict dating back to the Civil War. I happened to be there without other guests and he personally came by to share how he acquired some pieces. You could easily spend hours there and if you're not careful, you will miss something. The pieces are extraordinary and ones that you would not see anywhere else. There are some "sensitive" items so I'm not sure it's a place for young children to visit though. You will be in awe by the time you leave.

Wonderful military war museum! - Glad I found this unexpected gem on TripAdvisor! Although it is a relatively small museum, it is jam packed with things to see. Their website says there are "military artifacts from the American Civil War to Desert Storm." I believe though that there were a few items from the Revolutionary War as well. We were amazed at how many military artifacts a private person had collected. I'd recommend getting the free scavenger hunt paper sheet to identify a selected item in each exhibit. It just made you look at things a little closer. The woman at the front desk also was friendly & responsive.

A museum that honors individual military heroes - Webb Military Museum is quite amazing covering individuals from all US wars except the Revolutionary War. Gary Webb is owner and told us many interesting stories of why/how he started his museum, obtained his treasure trove and the individuals honored there. The museum is stuffed with many artifacts which will require lots of time to fully explore—you can do as much or little as you care to do. Gary gives wonderful customer service in all areas of his work which we thoroughly appreciated. (Lilburn, GA)
