Fun tour - The songs were great. Would have liked to hear about some of the beautiful places we saw and homes that were available to tour. Having the plastic over the windows made it a bit difficult to see where we were and find our way back on our own. We did this tour our first evening in Savannah and did enjoy it.

Tour guides great, Corporate unhelpful - We were staying on Bay Street, so the bus passes right by us. I got on their website and asked where we could pay and get on at and let them know where we were staying. The guy initially responded with just answering one of the two questions, so I had to go back the next day on chat and get more info. At NO time did he say there was SEVERAL stops right next to us where we could pay and get on. NOR did he tell us it's cheaper to buy tickets on the website. So instead, we had to drive to the visitors center and PAY for parking and pay extra for buying on site. I messaged the website after I returned and let them know of my dissapointment, noone bothered to respond. Tour guides were good and friendly, but the people who run the website are NOT helpful and cost us extra money and hassle. It would have been nice if they had maps on their site indicating where you could pay and get on at. One was LESS THAN a 3 min walk from us, and we had NO idea!

Okay - Cinnamon was our drive and she was a delight. I enjoyed the carols on the trolley. However doing the 8:30 tour was a mistake- by the time we got to Cory Market everything was closed.

Not what we were expecting. - The conductor made the ride fun with holiday stores and fun facts. However, we were expecting to see more holiday lights around town. A plus for this tour was the stop at the prohibition museum. We also saw Santa.

Prohibition Museum is... - Prohibition Museum is always nice - nice touch with hot apple cider. Some of the song recordings were a stretch - need to stick with originals and fewer where singers got creative. BYW, the Scots celebrate “first-footing” on New Year’s Day - the first person to cross the threshold. Best luck when it’s a dark-haired gentleman - my dad was an extremely popular guy on Jan 1st.

Disappointed - The lack of Christmas lights on the route. Expected a lot more lights on the houses, buildings, trees

Waste of Time - Driver was energetic and festive for the season..the tour itself was nothing more than a noisy drive around the city..online it said we would look at historic homes decorated in the era of the time..we had to wait for a group of moms with unruly kids..kicking the back of our seats..we got off at the Prohibition museum and happily walked back to where our car was..total waste of our money and time..yes I will happily accept your refund..thank you (one could only hope).

This puts the Bah in Humbug - I agree with Gina and other reviewers…this was NOT what I was expecting. The driver was energetic and shared some fun trivia but in talking about how homes were decorated in “that era” of old Savannah…I wanted to see homes that were decked out for Christmas. We basically drove around the city with very LOUD music playing (when it wasn’t skipping). The large contingency of kids that boarded at the last second didn’t help…the two behind us kept kicking the back of our seat…thank you mom for reigning your kids in. That said we left the tour at the Prohibition museum and walked back to the start to pick up our car. Honestly…a waste of our money.

Pay for torture!!!!! - The tour guide screeched the songs out- loudly, ugly on purpose. It was unbearable. I got off as soon as I could!
