Great time meeting great Savannah spirits. - Mike and Ty were wonderful. We were the only ones on the tour, my husband and I, and when we told them we were experienced ghost hunters, it was on. The interaction with the spirits was great and the two of them really knew their history. I was born in Savannah and grew up there but had to move away for my daddy’s work so I was able to really speak with them about certain things I remembered as a child but needed some clarity on. It was so amazing. Thank you both for a truly wonderful time.

Best ghost tour in Savannah - Mike and Ty were excellent. This is the best ghost tour we have ever done. Small group, very engaging guides. Highly recommended.

Above and beyond - We had a last minute illness and Mike was amazingly kind about our needing to cancel- including contacting TripAdvisor himself when we couldn’t get the app to accept the cancellation. He showed kindness, and professionalism and generosity. We will be back In Savannah soon and look forward to our tour.

Fantastic, engaging and hands on experience! - We had a fantastic time on this tour! While researching tours, we noticed a lot of them were just regular walking tours or driving around the city. As a family traveling with our kiddos, we knew we needed something to keep our teenager AND our younger one entertained, which can be very hard to come by. This one stood out as it was interactive and just what we were looking for, with a more hands on experience. Mike and Ty did not disappoint! From the start, they were warm, inviting and friendly. They provided all kinds of equipment from EMF readers, rods, laser grids, etc that we used and were able to carry throughout the tour to interact with spirits. As someone who believes in spirits, but also a skeptic and looking for hard proof, I was thoroughly impressed by using the equipment myself and seeing it in action. We also learned not only about the history about the sites we visited, but the city of Savannah as a whole. We liked the smaller group setting as it made it more personable and it wasn’t too much walking that my kids complained either, which is always a bonus in my book. Overall, this tour was a10/10 and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get an engaging and entertaining experience.

Excellent - This was absolutely hands down the best ghost tour we have ever done. We have Connor many in different states and countries and this was excellent. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

Best Savannah ghost tour! - We had an amazing experience! We had several ghost sightings. The guides were very knowledgeable and explained all the devices we used. This is a smaller group tour which I highly recommend. Best Savannah ghost tour Ives ever been on! 👻😍🤩

Awesome - Mike & Tye were amazing. She was able to see that my husband was being protected by uncle Ray who has been gone for 10yrs. Once I reassured my uncle that Tye was not a threat he was at ease and we were able to have more interactions throughout the night. Thank you to both of them. Keep up the investigations.

Cute but wouldn't do it again - The guides were a really super nice couple but the tour was really corny and unbelievable. The stories were too long and drawn out. They believed to be talking with the dead however the dead wasn't responding to them as they expected. The wife kept jumping in to correct the husband which became comical. It wasn't what we expected but we played along anyway.
