An amazing and truly unique experience - This was an awesome experience! It was incredible to be able to see these massive ships up close, and to be able to observe the port operations right off the shore. Bayard was our captain, and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, Friendly, and really gave us a great tour. This is definitely a tour I would recommend doing, and will be doing again next time I'm back in Savannah.

Fun Outing! - We had a great tour with Boo! He was very friendly and informative. It was nice because the day of our tour we were the only 4 on the boat. We felt pretty special and could ask all the questions we wanted.

Savannah Port tour with Captain Boo! - It was amazing being that up close and personal with huge cargo ships and see first hand them being loaded. Captain Boo was excellent and so knowledgeable , not to mention a great storyteller as well. I would highly recommend!

Great and Informative Tour - The Savannah Port Tour was excellent and matched my expectations based upon the tour description. Bayard, our guide, conveyed interesting facts about the local history, ecology, and port operations. He kept the tour fun with fascinating stories and an easy going pace. The small size of the boat (13 passenger capacity) was perfect for getting an up close view of the large ships and port activities. This was all in all a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it.

Rained out and - We had our original tour scheduled and PAID for on Sunday, August 24. We got a call asking us to reschedule for Saturday, August 23, which we accepted. Departure to be the Westin Marriott dock. This dock is not hard to get to there is plenty of parking. This is where our disappointment lies. It had been raining for several hours before our tour was to begin at 4pm. We called them once we arrived at the dock asking about our tour. At this point we were told the tour would go out as planned. They called us back to tell us they had to cancel at the time our tour was to begin. Again asking us to reschedule. We couldn't accept due to our departure home. They were kind about this and said they would refund our tour. -- We got home on Sunday and this now Wednesday- wondering how long that refund will take??? Everyone that called us was very pleasant and no one can control a rainy weekend.

hot and uncomfortable - You booked us in the morning, Outside had no morning vacancies. This was never corrected. The promo picture indicates a partial roof, but this is for the driver. No shade for most of the passengers- unacceptable for Savannah in July. When the boat went fast the bow rose up, obstructing our view. We were just hanging on!

Zero Customer Service - As our tour began a vessel with a crane hit the bridge and ended our tour just as it began. Fortunately no one was hurt. Our tour returned to our pickup point. The refund we were promised, during two discussions, has not happened. Please get your act together and refund me $134. While I can’t really speak about the port tour, I can speak about the tour company and their customer service and that is a zero.
