I had fun on the tour

We were disappointed with this tour. According to our reservation, we booked a small group tour with up to 9 guests. Our group on Wednesday pm had 29 guests! It was too difficult to navigate the streets in the dark and to keep up, hear the guide and to enjoy connecting with others. Of the 9-10 bookings with you this past year, this was a huge disappointment. I have a photo of my reservation stating this was a small group! Def not what we expected. I won’t be recommending this tour.

This may have been the worst ghost tour we have ever done. It was not a ghost tour. The guide barely even talked about anything ghost related. Nor was it the scariest ghost tour we have ever experienced as you advertised. The only thing scary was the terrible tour itself. The guide gave a lot of history facts (a lot of grossly incorrect ones) and may have mentioned a ghost once out of all the stops we made. And the stops were terrible. I have done dozens of ghost tours (probably 1/2 a dozen in Savannah alone) and this one was embarrassing. I regretted bringing friends and we contemplated leaving part way through it was so bad.

We were very disappointed in our tour. We expected more enthusiasm, energy excitement. Instead, she seemed like she was reading from a script no energy. We could’ve read the signs in the area as we walked to and collect all that information. The locals, especially the woman at the CVS had us more excited and nervous about the hauntings of the town. When I asked for a refund due to our disappointment, I was told they can give us tickets to another event free. Why would I wanna do this again? Truly disappointed I do not recommend any of their tours. After talking to locals, they told us we shouldn’t have done that Tour. The hearse tour is much better.
