Great tour on Georgia - This tour didn’t disappoint! Dennis our driver and tour leader provided great insight and history on Georgia as a whole, as well as the specific locations we visited. I was able to be picked up and dropped off around the corner from my hotel, so it was extremely convenient, especially on the cold and foggy morning on the day. Lunch venue was great too, had to try the shrimp and grits :)

Great tour! - Dennis, our tour guide, was amazing. He took us to Bonaventure Cemetery and took us to a fair number of tombs. He knew so much about these people from early Savannah and made it so interesting. Then we stopped at a restaurant for lunch. A local place that had a lot of great options, delicious food and friendly people. Then we traveled to Wormsloe. Truly incredible and beautiful.

Fun, informative tour with transportation! - This was a great tour for my husband and I as we didn’t have a car rented. The shuttle picked us up near our hotel. Dennis, our driver and tour guide, was so nice and very knowledgeable. It rained off and on during our (walking) tour of the Bonaventure cemetery and he was always checking if the group was ok. He also had extra umbrellas and ponchos. Lunch was at a local spot with good food; everyone ate on their own and it wasn’t included in the tour price (as stated). Wormsloe (walking tour) was beautiful and the rain had stopped by then. Dennis truly enjoys people and his job- that was very evident. So glad we did this tour!

Okay - Beautiful cemetery. The sculptures were fantastic. There wasn’t much to see at the historic site. We didn’t like the place we stopped to eat and we did not like Byrds cookies. Dennis was a good guide.

Woth a Visit - We were camping at Skidaway SP for Thanksgiving and wanted to check this out. It is worth a visit. The Live Oak lined Avenue is LONG. They do have a shuttle that takes you back and forth. If you can, walk it to the historic site as it is a beautiful walk and is the best way to experience it. After checking out the historic site we road the shuttle back. The historic site is interesting and has some great trails.

Bonaventure Cemetery Worthwhile; The Rest Not So Much - The cemetery part of the tour was good. Dennis, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable. The Wormsloe historic site was interesting historically, but there isn't much there. The oak lined drive is definitely a photo op. The tour time is deceiving. Too much time is spent on things like lunch/bathroom break at a mediocre restaurant with no character, not great food, and restrooms right in the dining room - gross. The stop at Byrds Cookies was another time waster. We would have preferred a tour that focused on the cemetery with more time to see the beautiful monuments and read the inscriptions. The price is high for what you get that is actually interesting. You are paying for the time for lunch, and you are buying your own lunch. It was nice that the bus had water for the tourists.
