Bonaventure Cemetery and Wormsloe Ruins Tour - This was hands down my favorite tour of our vacation. Tour guide, Dennis, was a great historian and told some truly fascinating stories. The Bonaventure is spectacular for many reasons. Loved going to the Wormsloe ruins, too, and who wouldn't love to end a tour at Byrd's cookie factory/store. Along the way we stopped for a delicious lunch. Can't recommend this tour - and Dennis -- highly enough!

History, personal anecdotes, great pictures, beautiful views, amazing food, convenient transport - Hot at this time of year, but manageable, especially with lots of available shade. The service was great- very friendly office staff, water provided, and picture taking opportunities at the Wormsloe avenue. The tour covered all of the standard history you’d want to learn at Bonaventure and Wormsloe mixed with some personal anecdotes (Tim was my guide). Transportation was very convenient, and we were taught some history / told some stories along the way for entertainment, lunch was also very good and fair priced. I found the pace to be somewhat slow, but this allowed me to wander a bit and take lots of great photos while tuning in. This was a great tour and I would recommend it, especially if you don’t have a car like me. If I return a second time, I would venture on my own (now that I’ve learned the history on this tour) to be able to explore more of the beautiful cemetery and admire some of the less notable monuments and headstones.

Great tour!!! - Our tour guide Albert was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the area, the sites, and the history. We spent a great amount of time in each site and was able to do a lot of things. He answered a lot of questions we had. We had a great lunch at a cute little restaurant and did were able to check out other places (the gift shop and Byrds cookies). It was a great trip. It’s was a great day. Would definitely recommend it.

Great tour - This tour was great. Our tour guide Albert was very knowledgeable about the history of both sites and was happy to answer any and every question we had. We spent around 1-1h30 at each site which was enough to get an idea of each place and then stopped at some great little eateries. For those not used to the heat, there are lots of shady spots on a hot summers day to hide under whilst at each site.

One of the best tours in Savannah! - My sisters, niece and I took the tour with Tim last week, and it was our favorite tour by far! Tim was awesome--he knew so much about Bonaventure and Wormsloe and made it a very enjoyable and educational day! He picked us up at the hotel, and being a seriously hot day, he had a cooler stocked with waters for everyone and also shared bug repellent as it can be a bit of chew-fest outside in June. We stopped for lunch at a little place named Erica Davis Lowcountry for delicious brisket and fried green tomato BLT sandwiches. I bought a container of their low country spice (they have a little section of goods in the front) as its really good on just about anything! The final stop was Byrd Cookies! This was their main office and store. You can sample every cookie there and we all left with bags of goodies! Tim recommended the oatmeal cookies and pointed out that the Pink Lemonade Coolers were only baked during the summer, so if we were going to get them, now would be the time....and they were really good, so I bought a bag! Again, Tim made this tour the best with his easy friendliness and knowledge, and we had a great time. I can't recommend this tour enough. Bonaventure is a beautiful cemetery and the oak lined drive up to the ruins of Wormsloe is probably one of the most stunning pictures you will have the opportunity to snap. You can't beat this tour. It's one of the best...and thank you Tim!
