Great snorkeling in Aruba! - Beautiful snorkeling experience for the entire family in two different beaches in Aruba, Baby Beach and Mangel Halto! Baby beach is a super easy swimming, while Mangel Halto requires a little bit more - not too much. Bruno and Emmanuel have been very friendly and helped us to benefit the most from the activity. Small group experience: our family of 4 and another couple for two expert guides. They also took underwater pictures of us and of the… abundant fish!

Great diving center - Very good diving center, Emmanuel, Bruno and Dominik are serious, kind and attentive instructors. We had very good diving experiences, the places chosen are amazing and everything was carried out in a warm atmosphere. I recommend!

Fun and great snorkeling - The snorkeling was great. Our tour guides were new to the area-literally had been here 4 days but seemed to know their way around. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was convenient. Overall a good experience!

Unprepared/Unprofessional - Do not Book! - We had booked a Christmas Day Excursion with this company through "Get Your Guide". It was supposed to be a 5 hour snorkeling Tour at Mangel Halto and Baby Beach. They completely ruined the limited time we had in Aruba. We were on a cruise ship and the onboard snorkeling excursions were all booked up by they time we booked our cruise, so we decided to book a private tour (for the first time), b/c the whole point of going to Aruba is to snorkel/scuba dive. We were really looking forward to a day of snorkeling in one of the best snorkel places in the world. This company had great reviews, so we booked this tour! Our experience with them (or lack thereof) has turned us off ever booking a private tour again. A disastrous day, we arrived an hour early to ensure we had lots of time to find our guide - as they hadn't provided any pre-excursion information on where to meet (unlike all other tours we had booked - other private tours as well as cruise line tours). They finally showed up about 15 minutes past the original time to meet them, the person who showed up wasn't wearing any identifiable clothing, looked bedraggled, barely spoke any English, and was carrying a plastic bag. Didn't have a clip board with our names (or any other names that were also doing tours with them that day, as we were standing with other people who had other tours booked with them as well). We were supposed to leave at 9am, they were now offering to start at 11am, because it was Christmas Day and they hadn't prepared for the tour, so were out of gas and no stations were open until 11am. Unfortunately it was a 5 hour tour, so leaving at 11am wasn't an option, we were on a cruise ship that left port at 4pm (so we would have to miss getting back on board our ship). As they were wholly unprepared that morning we also didn't trust that they'd even be able to make the tour happen later, or get us back earlier, just too risky to miss our ship. By the time this was all sorted we'd missed out on the opportunity to book anything else that day with any other tour operators that were available on Christmas Day. A complete waste of a day. Completely unprofessional, in fact most of the other tour guides who were around (from other companies), offered to help us contact them that morning - 2 different companies called them and got no answer at their office. Most of the other tour companies hadn't even heard of this company. The only good thing that came out of this is that we were able to get a refund from Get Your Guide. But I would warn anyone booking with this company that they are unprepared and unreliable. I would not recommend anyone booking an excursion/tour with them. Nothing like the experiences we had at Bonaire the day before with other private tours Not what we expected from one of the Dutch Islands. As this was the first time we've ever booked private tours while on a cruise, the fact that we had issues with this one has us leery to ever book another private tour. Better to book through your cruise ship to be guaranteed you will get what you paid for, and they will indeed get you back in time, and will be prepared for the tours.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! - DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION! You will be taken to both locations in a hot van that has no air conditioning, not a boat. There is no boat at anytime. You will have to leave all of your personal belongings in the car while you are in the water. When you go into the water, you will have to swim far out from shore into the sea to see very little fish and the shipwreck they mention is not visible. It’s literally just a boat that sunk and all you see is darkness. The snack consist of one 4 pack of cookies, no other options. It was a very exhausting, uncomfortable, underwhelming and stressful experience. Not worth the money at all!
