Enjoyable city tour - Our tour guide Jon was quite knowledgeable, fun, and relaxed. It was a nice way to see around town and learn some background information. The seating was fairly comfortable with padded seats, the quaint little gift shop is adorable, and the mirror in the restroom is unexpected :)

Trolley tour - Very informative and enjoyable tour. Excellent narration and interaction with all staff, particular shout out to our driver Alex and guide Jon. Would thoroughly recommend.

Pick this one! - The guide was terrific, the bus comfortable, and a pleasant driver. We learned a lot about the history of Sarasota and its founders and landmarks.

A great city tour of Sarasota. - This tour was enjoyable and very informative. Covered a very large area of Sarasota and surrounding area. John was our tour guide and full of information and fun facts. Was over way to soon. Weather was beautiful, trolley air conditioning was appreciated. Only thing I can say was a negative is the seats were a bit uncomfortable and very little legroom. Otherwise, loved the tour.

Great Sarasota Trolley Tour - Trip was fantastic. Lived in the area almost 10 years and learned a lot about the City history.
Our tour director and trolley driver were outstanding.

Take This Tour - You Won't be Disappointed - We went with a small group of “locals” on the Discover Sarasota City Sightseeing Tour. What a great time! First, the folks at Discover Sarasota are just delightful to work with. They are so friendly and informative and you can tell that they really enjoy being there and interreacting with their guests. There’s a quirky little gift shop that’s fun to browse, with a restroom to use before the tour which is 90 minutes. The tour trolley is clean, and pretty, and best of all air conditioned. Our tour guide (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name. He is originally from Dublin, Ireland.) was just absolutely great. He gave us lots of information and was entertaining and enthusiastic. Even as locals we all learned a lot of things we didn’t know. Take a Discover Sarasota Tour and you won’t be disappointed.

Best in the US City Tour (In our opinion!) - OMG-We have been on many city tours across the country, but this particular tour was the best of all. Our tour guide, Jon and driver Kelly were just fantastic. We learned so very much about the city we didn't know and we live here. Bus ride was nicely air conditioned, driving was excellent and Jon, our guide, was the best. Jon is an amazing wealth of knowledge regarding the area and has lived in Sarasota since the 70s. We weren't sure how he could remember so much information.
Very please excursion. Well worth the money. We will for sure be going on other tours in the future.

City Sightseeing Trolley - Outstanding way to learn about Sarasota and the local sights - I took the Sarasota city tour on the Sightseeing Trolley with Jon as our guide. Jon was extremely knowledgeable about the city and the sights to see. I learned many insights into the history of Sarasota, the people, the historical buildings, and the culture. Jon also pointed out restaurants and outstanding sights that we should visit in the future. The trolley is comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the city trolley tour to all. I plan to take more tours with City Sightseeing.
